Q: I get a "Resource Reload Failed" error!
A: This might be happening because you have a resource pack that uses vanilla shaders, and you have Sodium/OptiFine installed that breaks resource packs with shaders.
The packs that use vanilla shaders are: Cloud Fog Fix, Fullbright, Hardcore Darkness, Mob Spawn Indicator, No Beacon Beam, No Fog, No Dark Overlay, No Spyglass Overlay, Old Water, Translucent Spyglass Overlay, Twinkling Stars, Useless Spyglass, Warm Glow, Wavy Leaves, Wavy Plants and Wavy Water.
If you have any of these packs, try removing them from your selection and try again.
(You can upload your current pack to the website and deselect them)

If you get stuck resolving this, try using the "Workstation Highlights" datapack from Vanilla Tweaks (https://vanillatweaks.net/picker/datapacks/). This datapack will allow you to see exactly which workstation each villager has claimed, so you can (if necessary) move things around

The last update for the 1.20.4 pack - the menu panorama has (finally) been updated!
