So, I have looked at every resource and You Tube video I can find on how to do this and have yet to find a working solution. Any solution that leaves a 2x2 area spawns spiders and any solution that does not leave 2x2 spawns nothing.
Does anyone know of a model that actually works in the current version of Minecraft?
Also had this problem with issues playing with my daughter. If you were successfully connected recently then I don't think it is privacy issues (it wasn't for us when I tried that anyway).
I got ours reconnected by just resetting and troubleshooting our wifi network. If you right click on the wifi/internet icon in your taskbar and choose troubleshoot it fixes problems a lot more often then you might expect.
