If you try to play local multiplayer with someone who has a resource/behavior pack installed for that world but you don't, can you import the behavior/resource pack?
HI everybody I know it has been a very long time since you last heard from me but I am still ready to give you a cool modpack. Filled with a bunch of cool mods here is the link Cool Modpack I have in fact tested them and they do work together. (Let me know how it works out)
Some people's full job is for the server many server owners will either find I new job or lose the server.And yes some people are kind (no offences)enough to donate to keep the server running unfortunately some people aren't like that and will not donate because they know they won't get anything in return so lots of servers will go down.thank you mojang thank you.:(

How about using the snapshot and stop all the waiting I'm pretty sure you can still update to 1.7.0

I wish they'd stop developing Minecraft so Mods can finally flourish. Mojang are adding all sorts of crap that seem to have nothing to do with Mining or Crafting.
stop it mods update when there is a update for minecraft
also the reson there adding stuff like this is to make the game almost like real life all they need is more ores
