posted a message on Levelling mobs and enemies
We all know the zombies, creepers, and skeletons. They can be big threats when you start off, but devolve to mere annoyances as you progress in the game. I suggest a system where it will check the armor and tools each player has, check how many players there are, and spawn mobs with armor, enchantments, and possibly even status effects like speed, so that the mobs remain a fun, but not too difficult, challenge which can't just be ignored as the game continues. If you're wearing full enchanted diamond armor with enchanted tools, it would be likely that zombies would spawn with partial diamond armor, some of it enchanted, and maybe an iron sword. Skeletons would most likely be weaker than zombies, since they shoot from a distance. This would make XP grinding more difficult. But as the mobs get harder, I think that the rewards would get better, too. When mobs have good armor, they have a chance of dropping it. The only problem would be that they would be dropping it in a damaged, battle-worn state with approximately a fifth of its maximum durability. This means you can find good armor but would have to take XP and resources to repair and use it.

I am proud to announce that after hours of testing, developing, and coming close to ripping my hair out twice trying to fix a single, tiny bug, I have fixed the original Custom Crafting schematics! You still need the core to allow everything to be set up and one recipe module per recipe. Note that you need at least some knowledge of command blocks to change the recipe and output of a module. If you guys need help with that, that's what I'm here for. The default recipe is still one stone in the center of the custom crafting table being turned into two stone slabs. You still create a table by placing a dropper facing upwards and drop a crafting table on top of it. I removed the particle effects due to them causing extreme lag. Here are the links. Core (You will need one of these to run everything): https://www.dropbox.com/s/ctk9yji7d8glfvo/CraftingCore.schematic?dl=0. Recipe module (You will need one of these for every recipe): https://www.dropbox.com/s/nv2ege0b72b8d9z/CustomRecipe.schematic?dl=0.

Thank you, nonsensical_tang, but SnailsAttack1, could you please elaborate? I think it's fairly original, and all the spam of random characters at the end doesn't help.

Alright, guys! I made one that works for Creative mode, too. It puts players in Spectator mode instead of creative. Everything else works exactly the same. Except... The stained glass is blue instead of the red that it is for the survival mode one. Anyways, here's a link! https://www.dropbox.com/s/z8x69fnl8u430k5/GriefDenialCreative.schematic?dl=0

I'm wondering, since that version only works for people in survival, do you guys want a version that works in creative? As in it will disable players, even in creative mode, from editing your area. Note that in both versions, people can still open chests and interact with redstone input devices such as buttons, levers, and pressure pads. They cannot place, break, modify, or edit other blocks. They cannot change the timing on repeaters or light fire. If you guys want, I can make a few tiny changes so that this will work for players in creative mode. There would be two versions: One that's for creative servers, one that's for survival servers. Tell me what you think!
