Does anybody else experience a few issues with Mushrooms after the last update? First of all, when planted on Grass Blocks it suddenly disappears and after a while it gets back into your inventory. And aren't you suppose to get small Mushrooms when destroying huge Mushrooms without Silk Touch? Now I get nothing...
I agree! We need Command Blocks. I understand that it's a block which can be used for advanced things. Probably too advanced for me anyway. And it's said it won't function as well for console as with PC. But it's another decorative block. And just for that reason, I'd welcome it...
Edit - after reading the Command Block Wiki page:
What? You can't craft it or even find it in the creative menu? Well, just for that reason, I unwelcome it!
In other words, there are still synching issues. I think I'll stick to 360 for now. I actually bought an Xbox One half a year ago, primarily to transfere my existing world to it. But it seems more and more unlikely that it will ever happen.
I can see this as a «slower extention» of the Ender Chest. Wouldn't it be better if they somehow made it possible to merge two Ender Chests into one...?
Every decision you make has consequences of some kind, so why not this. Alternatively, you could have decided to just kill any villagers you had on your map. It's easy enough... just stand around (in a protected space) in a village on hard mode at night and let the zombies kill them off. You can also decide to go into creative mode and make an end portal. The developers have given people lots of options in this game... people just have to be willing to accept the consequences of each different decision they could make (as opposed to sitting back and criticizing the developers for making the decisions they happened to make in the past).
The creators could also have made it so that you get other types of structures, but just not villages. Sorry for not knowing everything about this game before starting to play it, Mr. Know-It-All...
I have not yet, and will never be able to kill the Ender Dragon in the world I have played for a couple of years now, simply because there's no End Portal if you start a new game without Generating Structures. Can't really see why they would exclude the final boss just because you choose not to start with Villagers on your map...
So we are to assume that Diorite will also be included? These blocks may «belong» together, but I can't seem to find any mention of it. But if they do, it's my lucky day...
I suppose it's impossible to get the Granite unless you start a new world. Hopefully when I eventually transfer to Xbox One and I expand my world's size...?
So... is this issue with worlds being unplayable happening only if you play on additional consoles or if you delete your profile from the console (can't see why anyone would, in the first place) and then put it back on the console?
What if you can't sync one day, then is it possible to load the game if you go offline? Still, I must admit it sucks to never be able to play online again, since you'd never be getting any more updates.
And does it make a difference wether you downloaded the game or play from a disc? Or if you transfered your world from Xbox360, maybe increased the map size? What if you played from a disc on Xbox360 and continue the same transfered map on Xbox One on a downloaded versjon of the game? Does any of these points make it more reliable to encounter these syncing issues?
In the meantime I see no other choice than to continue on Xbox360, where I always experience eating slower than normal and having to shoot at least 5 arrows to kill creepers. But on the other hand, on 360 you always see the outline of the block you're pointing to...
I have noticed this, and I play an offline game. I think I noticed it after one of the last updates. Yes, I noticed it once long ago, but that was when I had somehow checked the "online game" option, which is not the case now.
I think it happens when you do a manual save from the pause menu, and you trust the game to still be paused after the save, which is often not the case. After saving the game I always unpause the game, and pause it once more. That works fine on my behalf...
And another suggestion: Make the black outline around blocks when pointing the marker at them more visible. In the 360-versjon you can easily count blocks in a row, even if all blocks are the same. But in this versjon the outline is hardly there at all...
My suggestion is: When I have the auto-save disabled, remove the feature where I get constantly asked if I want the auto-save enabled. This happens every time I do a manual save. And even though it's just about pressing a button to continue playing, it's just irritating and unnecessary...

So now the problem is fixed?

So what is this exactly? Is it not possible to save on your harddrive? And going offline makes it impossible to save?
I've just bought Xbox One, and I'm starting to regret the purchase before I've even unboxed the thing...

What about adding this feature to the already existing Ender Chest...?
