Woo, I can't wait to assault that cube fortress. Its gonna take a while to break through, but with superier numbers and infinite lives anything is possible :tongue.gif: Must check more often for the tours.
Oh a trap Idea that you might of not thought of is a hallway of iron doors with presserpads to open right in front of them. Except random ones drop lava down onto you and the adjecent door slots. :ohmy.gif:
Sounds fun, if there isn't a mod to control zombies... how about we have players with Zombie skins? They can't build or do anything or they get banned. But they can chace around the real players and attack them with fists.?
Are you gonna make a sign up list for the attackers anytime soon.
This map idea sounds amazingly fun! I'd like to see how this works out.
I call attacker. :tongue.gif:
Alright I'll move my work over to that map then.
Building a three story workplace with a underground secret basement accessed through a repair shaft down the elevator. :tongue.gif:\
Edit: I'm going to have the roof ringed with Redstone dust because it looks cool with the texture pack. is that ok with you? Also, its alright for me to have holes in the floor/walls. And/or embedded Creeper Spawners right?
I like this idea alot. I'm amazed at it. I'll try to make a building to subit to help out with this project.
Are we alowed to go to the high limit with our building?
The purpose of the repeater/diode was to decrease circuit size and it does, sorta it's great for specific types of things however it's purpose is put to great was by the fact that they can't be activated from the sides, but to prevent them from interupting currently working systems it would only effect diodes that are placed adjacent to current diodes like so...

and if the first diode was activated so would the second diode pointing in a different direction, this would allow for far more compact circuits being that the worst downfall of the current diode is that wire will not directly attach to it and normally require a torch or take up a large space to postion the redstone to flow into it correctly.
thoughts? (this is my response of blind rage to hours of working on a (minecrart) system that is tiny and compact that needs this implemented >.<)
everyone seems to hate guns which seems very reasonable to me although single shot shot guns would be decent i'd think, regardless the cannons we use are very.... sad?
They don't work well primarily with the shot that is fired it is extremely hard to time and is nearly useless because execpt in large masses which is quite wasteful.
Suggestion
Create a "shot" that when activated by tnt exploding nearby or when being wacked by a person/redstone
it would be crafted as such
and would explode upon 2seconds after contact with the ground (it would also destroy on block infront of itself primerily to aviod being seen and such ran away, although still obvious if you where looking)
If infinium did provide gravity you could make upside down water aka boats and minecarts not to mention all the other bizar creations you could make secrets rooms and such.
I liked the earlier ideas of a hourglass because whenever they run out you can flip it to reset it (though i'd suggest both sand, and obsidian be used in it's creation and it would lose a point of durability every flip) A pure block would act as a interesting alternative to anti griefing my suggest would for it be a directional explosion in the direction that it is exposed to air (arming itself 15seconds after placement) a normal block would act as a gravity source pulling objects (sand and other gravity affected blocks) towards itself (that are within 3,4,5? blocks)
it's really quite annoying to A have to stand in the same spot for 20 mins at your trap B have the water screw up and push faster than you can move or some random glich/bug/keystick etc etc etc... so i suggest 2 things that would fix both problems,
A have a storage box with some sort of iron addition that would pick up nearby objects.
B when you die in lava/drown/etc and it breaks your tools any tool grade higher than iron would transform into a *head* and would have to be recombined with wood to recreate the tool.
