I need a 24/7 server for a RPG/PvP server. The server must be Bukkit and have Ddos protection. Multicraft control panel is preferred.
I am currently hosting my personal server with 20 slots on my computer. I would like more slots but price will make or break my decision. I would like to start around $25 a month but I am willing to pay more for better features.
I already have a map to use.

Hi,
I'm new to Minecraft and am looking for a server that I can use with nieces and nephews who are on both the east and west coast as well as in Canada.
I think the max number of people playing would be 4 to start. The kids are pretty new to Minecraft too and haven't discovered mods or any extras yet.
The priority for us is that it be secure, reliable and easy to administer. Not a lot of bells and whistles required (yet).
Any added info about how to lock down the kids' Minecraft clients so that they can only connect to the one server would be greatly appreciated too.
