That's on his side. It's not liking how I make the GUI as soon as the title screen appears, it seems.

Ok, thanks for the prompt reply. I will submit it to him. I would sell anyone of my children on the cheap, cheap to see these work together. :D
    Keep up the great work!

***EDIT - Here is a link to the VoxelMenu version 4.1.4 that works with LaunchGUI for those that may stumble across this post.

posted a message on 【Hexplore-It Modpack 】〖Technic Launcher〗〖TechnicSolder〗Creates a beautiful and DANGEROUS world that begs to be explored! (。◕‿◕。)

I'm not here to get rich by any means but I do spend quite a bit of my free-time (which I have very little of) working on the pack. So any donations would be appreciated but are by no means expected or relied upon. Enjoy the pack everyone!!!

The Hexplore-It modpack creates a beautiful and interesting world that begs to be explored!

The main goal I had in mind when I started work on this modpack was to create a version of “Vanilla” Minecraft, on steroids…e.g. more trees, bigger trees, more plants, more food, more mobs, more NPCs, more sounds, MORE and BIGGER everything! I wanted the excitement back that I got when I first played Minecraft. I wanted to see structures full of interesting mobs protecting piles of loot strewn about the whole Overworld. I also wanted the world populated with as many NPCs as possible, living in bigger villages with more types of buildings... Some of these NPCs you can even marry and have children with. Others, you can help upgrade and expand their villages as they accept you into the ranks of their own. All of the while being just as dangerous EVERYwhere as Minecraft felt the first time you made it to the Nether. Speaking of the Nether, imagine if it were more dangerous… pssst... it IS now. I won’t even mention what has become of The End, but you better be WELL prepared before heading there! It is also rumored that there is a dimension called the Twilight Forest that is full of adventures all on its own. I also included as many mods as possible that offered decorative blocks, so that players could now build all those houses, mansions, forts, castles, bunkers, bases, etc… that could only be dreamed about before. In staying as close to the “Vanilla” Minecraft, on steroids idea as possible I wanted to include as few technology and magic mods as possible.

Don’t forget that becoming too immersed in the beauty and fun things to explore comes at a cost… The Hexplore-It modpack is DANGEROUS! Staying alive is HARD! Are you up for the challenge? You will have to plan out your travels, making sure you have enough water to drink and enough different food stuffed in your backpack that you don’t starve. There are many, MANY mods that will help you on your way. You can train a pack of dogs to travel with you, or train a bat to protect you. If you can actually beat the Ender Dragon maybe you could hatch its egg for your very own pet dragon. You can even hire Guards to protect you, or summon Minions to work for you. You can protect your base with custom golems and/or custom turrets as well once you get established! Or you could always take up residence in one of the many fortified castles and/or other large structures you are sure to come across in your travels! I hope that you enjoy this pack as much as I do. Thank you all for the continued support, suggestions, and feedback :D

    ««« Developers PLEASE read »»»

I have NO intention of claiming ANY work in these mods as my own!

If for some reason you find one of your mods included in this pack and feel as though it is against your wishes, PLEASE contact me for removal ASAP! I have no desire to offend or disrespect anyone and will respect your wishes. Also if you have a place that you accept donations let me know and I will post it along with the Patreon links I have listed as well.

Speaking on behalf of modded Minecraft players everywhere, THANK YOU for all of your hard-work creating these mods! Some of us know just how much of a thankless and time-consuming endeavor this can be.

All of these pictures were taken in naturally generated worlds. I did not add, edit, or spawn-in anything other than the "dead explorers" obviously.

    Hexplore-It!

Quick glance at all the on-screen fun at once.

    Hmm... Where to begin?

Small Farlander village in a Phantasia biome.

    So much to explore!

A "vanilla" village in the colorful Rainbow Forest biome. I see a village tavern too. :D

I would love to help the Millenaire villagers expand into the Cherry Grove.

    Beautiful scenery!

Nice village in a rather colorful forest!

Oh wow this is so cool! Massive wood!

Millenaire villagers gathered to plan their day of building... Will you help them expand?

Oh my, looks like a ship sank here and it is lit up by coral!

    Interesting Millenaire structure.

Millenaire villager at work in the jungle with a sandstone Battletower in the background.

Guardshack next to a Millenaire Village in front of a village with Biome specific building materials. Nice castle!

So many mods in this picture... Farlander house in front of an Elephant. Floating ruins behind a village.

Another Floating Village? Above a Battletower and Millenaire Tower? Is that a giant?

Village outside an Ancient Warfare Castle.

Nice "vanilla" village right in the middle of a Fungi Forest biome.

Millenaire and "vanilla" villages collide in a Fungi Forest biome.

Horse stables generate in villages now too?

Oh nice, a sheep pen generates as well! I wonder if chicken coops and pig pens generate too?

Millenaire villagers, Farlander villagers, and "vanilla" villagers living together peacefully.

Goblin colony and Millenaire villagers living in harmony.

Nice Goblin village not far from Millenaire and vanilla villages.

Goblin Archers keeping a protective eye on their fellow Goblins.

Aww looks like someone has a baby.

    Yep, he's cute!

I can't believe they let their little ones out this late... must feel safe under the watchful eye of that Ender Golem.

    I heard they sell things...

    Rubies you say?

Whoa... looks like I accidentally made an enemy!

Hey guys, can I hire you to help protect me?

Hmm... I wonder what this type of tower leads to. *hint you better bring weapons ;)

This is somewhere in the Overworld... that's all I'm saying.

Pirate ships, Hot-air balloons? What else is there in this world?

Nice naturally generated building in front of a Floating Ruin and Millenaire village.

This is a strange floating island...

    Holy building to explore!

    Interesting dungeon.

    Holy Dungeon!!!

Hmm... Well that is interesting. I would imagine that something like that is full of loot!

A-MAZing! Hard to get pictures here... Almost like it is perpetually twilight.

Interesting place for this Ram to stay...

You will have to find this to learn more about what it is!

You will have to find this to learn more about what it is!

Better pack a few lunches before you undertake this challenge... All I'm saying.

    Nether what? Nether who?

    My Netha.

Oh, just a few of the Nether mobs you will face.

    1. Download the version of Technic Launcher you need for your operating system here ---> DOWNLOAD
    2. Install the Technic Launcher. If you are unsure how to do so, watch a tutorial how here ---> |
    3. Launch the launcher for the first time.
    4. On the top right corner click the little gear next to the X, this is where you will want to increase the amount of memory/RAM your computer uses to run the Technic Launcher. When you click that gear a window will open called "Launcher Options"
    5. Using the drop down selection next to the line that says "Memory" increase your RAM. I suggest a minimum of 2GB, 4GB maximum. Anything less will not work. If you can only go up to 1GB you only have 32-bit Java. You will need 64-bit Java.
    6. On the left side of the launcher scroll through the modpacks until you see a + sign that says, "ADD NEW PACK" below it, click on it.
    7. A window will appear that says, "Enter your Technic Platform delivery URL below to add a new pack:" enter the Hexplore-It platform URL into that box...

Do NOT click this, copy and paste it ---> http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/hexplore-it

    9. On the left side of the launcher scroll until you have the Hexplore-It Pack selected.
    10. Click PLAY, the pack will then be downloaded and installed.
    11. HEXPLORE ALL OF THE THINGS!

These automatically launch using up to 3GBs. Make sure you have that available or edit your launch.bat file first. I don't have the time to also provide server support, Google dat ish.

    Cauldron Server Packs

When reporting that Hexplore-It doesn't work for you I need more info than, “Pack sucks, dont wrk, plz fix” to help you in any way.

The first thing you can do is make sure that you followed the installation instructions correctly.
They can be found here, ( http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/hexplore-it.226213 ),

    seen here,

    or read below.
    1. Download the version of Technic Launcher you need for your operating system here ---> ( http://www.technicpack.net/download )
    2. Install the Technic Launcher. If you are unsure how to do so, watch a tutorial below --->
    For Windows here ( )

    5. Using the drop down selection next to the line that says "Memory" increase your RAM. I suggest a minimum of 2GB, 4GB maximum. Anything less will not work. If you can only go up to 1GB you only have 32-bit Java. Assuming that your computer’s operating system can handle it, you will need 64-bit Java, find that here ---> ( https://java.com/en/download/index.jsp )
    6. On the left side of the launcher scroll through the modpacks until you see a + sign that says, "ADD NEW PACK" below it, click on it.

    10. Click PLAY, the pack will then be downloaded and installed.
    11. HEXPLORE ALL OF THE THINGS!

The next thing that you can do if you are still finding that you are unable to launch the modpack is provide some of if not all of the information below.

    1. What version of the modpack are you trying to launch.
    2. What version of Java are you using.
    3. How much RAM does your computer have all together.
    4. How much RAM do you have allocated to the Technic Launcher.
    5. A crash report.
    6. If a crash report doesn’t generate, the contents of your Technic Launcher’s console.
Preferably uploaded to ( http://pastebin.com/ ) or in between spoiler tags.
    7. If a crash report doesn’t generate, the contents of your ForgeModLoader-client-0.log file.
Preferably uploaded to ( http://pastebin.com/ ) or in between spoiler tags.
    8. Google is your friend.

***OPEN TO ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS***
This would include mods to add, mods to get rid of, mod updates that are available, better mod-spotlight videos, config tweaking, etc...
I will also consider any and all submissions on the forums for new modpack logos and backgrounds. Also feel free to submit trailers, load screen pictures, splashes, and .ogg music files for the start screen.

    ««« Known Bugs »»»

    1. Not really a "bug" per se but if you notice that the custom Hexplore-It music is overlapping with the vanilla music you can turn down your music volume all the way and the custom music will still play.
If you absolutely hate the music and it is driving you crazy: Delete all files here ---> mods\matmos\packs\matmos_default\assets\minecraft\sound\matmos_MSI\music

    2. You may see this spammed in console, "[SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] Detected an attempt by a mod FMLMod:SOME_MOD_NAME_HERE{Version#} to perform game activity during mod construction. This is a serious programming error."
Don't worry about this. This is due to the Minecraft Loader mod. It is FINE! *Should be fixed in v1.07+

    3. You will see numerous id/item conflicts in the console. Do not worry about these. All item conflicts are okay. I repeat OKAY! They are due to some mods overwriting other items purposefully.

    4. Chocobos are currently pretty bugged, this is on the mods end so I can't fix. I will update as soon as the author does. I just can't delete the mod, I love them too much.

mine my own bizz how do u put liteloader and forge in a mod pack?

This may or may not help you but this is about the best I have been able to explain it. I posted this on the Lite Loader thread at the developer, Mumfrey's request.

    [quote=mine_my_own_bizz;/members/mine_my_own_bizz;/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1290155-liteloader-for-minecraft-1-7-10?comment=1603]

    I made Mumfrey LOL?
    *fanboi swoon ;)

Hmm... As far as your question goes I don't know how much help I can be, but I will do my best. Most of what I have learned has come by way of Google and the Technic Forums.

That being said, I would assume the question you get most is how to include Liteloader in a custom modpack on Technic?

I can explain that process to the best of my ability. I will assume that the person asking knows the basics of modpack building on the Technic Launcher.

Basically, a person creates a zipped file that is hosted publicly, points Technic to it, and BAM profit.
This file contains these basic files (I'm showing a 1.6.4 version).

The "mods" folder and the "configs" folders, should be self-explanatory.
Inside the "bin" folder there will need to be one file. This file will be the version of Forge the person wishes to include in the modpack. This file will need to be renamed "modpack.jar" as seen here.

The player will then need to open this "modpack.jar" file with an archiving tool of their choosing e.g... 7zip or WinRAR.
Inside this there will be the "version.json" file. It will then need to be edited to include what you have listed in the manual downloads section of the OP.

The version.json file included will look like thisHere is the copypasta direct from my modpack on the repo.

That's it. I hope that explains it in a way that is helpful. If you have any other questions I may be able to help with let me know. :D

    Music Expansion is back online.

Unfortunately, there is no more music included. But there's a list of all the music used in the previous release ;)

    Awesome!

Will you be updating to 1.7.10 at some point?

How did you put music on the mine craft menu?

Thank you so much! The music is added to the main menu via the VoxelMenu mod.

Thanks for the tip. If I do go back to Technic I'll be sure to make two packs. One for myself and one for stable. By the way if you do decide to put your pack on FTB you'll want to read this: http://forum.feed-th...idelines.18250/ and use MultiMC to build the FTB version of the pack (That's why I said it'll be easier for me with FTB).

I ues MultiMc to build my packs now. I love it and it is easy to use.
