I know all the tribute slots are full, are you looking for game makers? You can't be everywhere to enforce the rules, and you may need to nudge the players back toward each other.
You may want to look into upgrading your photo bucket account, because you've gone over your limit and I can't see your screenshots.

Interesting Lapus textures. The textures look nice, but I don't care for the nether textures. I will overlook that, however, seeing as I don't see nether materials very often.
The textures look very nice. I've got a minor complaint though - signs seem slightly squished. The top line of text on the sign ends up in the border.
Also, something you may wish to mention - Don't apply with the HD patcher - liquids will show up gray.
Overall excellent textures, especially the chest and netherrack textures.
The watch also works under your textures, which is more than others can say...
It would be awesome to see items to match, and custom creatures.
Risagumi's mods are good. Even if you decide against the mods they've developed, you'll want to download modloader if you intend mod your client at all, as a fair few mods use it as a framework of sorts. viewtopic.php?t=80246
As for texture packs, I like the latest version of Johnsmith's textures. You'll need to apply it with the HD patcher though. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=29164
As a rule of thumb, if notch didn't add it to minecraft.jar, it will need to be re-installed post update. If your texture pack works from .minecraft/texturepacks, you should be fine.
It might be a good idea to wait on an update however - new items were introduced this patch, namely the redstone repeater and beds.
I'm getting a Java Security Exception when i try and launch minecraft using Modloader 1.0.2 under beta 1.1_02. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it's because this mod needs updating for the newest patch.

DELETE META-INF FOLDER FROM THE JAR!
I did, actually, and all it was giving me was a blackscreen. i thought the error report I was getting with Meta-inf in place would be more helpful.

Also, look into Zan's minimap mod. Lost count how many times I've used it to get un-lost. Works on SMP and Singleplayer.
