Here are I observed:

Working;

1. It works on unmodded/ single player.

2. It works on Minecraft Public server (Spigot 1.8.1-1.8.3), if the players will manually install the doll maker resource pack into their own resource pack folder and use it ingame .

Not working in my part (Public Server);

1. The doll maker map does work but doll maker - resource pack. The resource pack intended to this game won't load ingame. I'm using Dlink "Dropbox".

I'm thinking maybe the doll maker resource pack used higher resolution. My server usually used 16 x 16, 32 x 32.

I have the same problem on my server. The resource pack won't load or not working. I used Spigot 1.8.3 and 1.8.1 with no luck.
