well the problem is that it edits RenderBlocks.java and avoiding that would just be a lot more coding with modloader and possibly not possible

post the code that's relying on that import (what turns red if you remove the import)

The only way you would be able to modify what cobblestone drops is to make a BlockCobblestone file
minecraft makes it so that unless said otherwise, the block will drop itself, and there is really no where to edit that for a block without a Block(name).java without making one and change Block cobblestone to (newfile) cobblestone in Block.java

Update! redstone torch functionality added in for upside down redstone torches!

i tried to decompile the snapshot a couple different ways and i figured it'd be better to wait till mcp updated because every way I tried ending up with errors in the source code

yeaa the redstone problem is because I haven't touched the RedstoneTorch file, but because the redstone torch is a torch with more features it inherited the upsidedown functions, which causes a few bugs
I'll look into fixing those bugs sometime in the future

only thing is it wouldnt quite work with tekkit because tekkit needs forge

works with redstone torches too!

Now works under bottom half slabs, facing up stairs, fences, and walls! -


Only downside is this mod modifies base files which means it may not be compatible with everything
I know its latest release is not compatible with forge or modloader ATM. I may make compatible versions.
