You don't know the process of updating a mod at all do you? How long it takes to wait for the tools you need to update so you can un-obfuscate (Which can take up to a week) the code and re-code it? Thought so.
it doesn't take that long but you sometimes acquire alot of bugs (depending of the size of the mod) but it requires no coding unless notch changed the code base on us.
dude do you know how long it takes to code, re-code all this after every update? and then he has to add the new stuff then test it and release. and the more you pester him to update it the longer its going to take because he might just delay it for every request so stop asking for the updates they will come soon :smile.gif:
i doubt he is going to add new stuff on the first 1.0 release. he is probably just trying to make what he has work first.

For anything mod related, an error report has to be posted.
Otherwise it's like asking us to find a needle in a hay stack only you haven't told us where the hay stack is.
well that is the thing that stumps me. it just gives me a black screen but no error report. if this helps im using a mac

Ok. Installed mcforge on 1.7.3 when it came out and it worked fine. but since 1.8 came out i haven't been able to get it to work :sad.gif:. i think that i have installed it the same way but i am not exactly sure. please help me. I'm pretty sure I'm just overlooking something but I'm just not finding anything.
