About the server
Tybak is a small, friendly server where people are free to build and create in a somewhat challenging Minecraft setting.
Dedicated Server with AMD Opteron 4340, 32 GB RAM 128 GB SSD.
Server/Mod Difficulty is set to hard
Mystcraft age creation restricted to OPs.
We have and use our own Forums, Teamspeak and IRC (EsperNet #Tybak)
Age 21+ only, no special considerations, no exceptions
Strip mining (quarries, turtles and such) restricted to mining age
Keep quarry size and numbers of chucks loaded using chunk loaders reasonable.
Keep overworld and spawn town tidy and clean
You are encouraged to build in spawn town, but keep it modest in size.
Outside of town, do not build right next to someone else unless they say it is ok.
No begging for stuff, and definitely no begging for OPs to spawn you items lost to creepers/bugs/whatever. Everything is considered part of the experience.
Large builds (Quarry, Forestry farms, ore processing/sorting, and such) need shut offs built in and clearly posted signs for the shutoff or you run the risk of build being broken to shut it down in the case of something going wrong.
Please feel free to live stream / record for YouTube, but if others are currently doing a PG stream/recording keep chat clean.
We reserve the right as a community to add rules in the future not everyone will agree with.

I'm curious about compatibility. Without thinking i was using the C and D series previews with FTP direwolf20 pack, which is Forge 1.4.7-6.6.0.515, but it seemed to work fine although the descriptions state works with 518 but not 506-516. Is this one of those your mileage may vary situations?
Not as easy as the client, but yes. lets say you want to add forestry and thaumcraft. when you download them follow the instruction on how to add them to the client first, then make a copy of both zips and put them in the mods folder of the server. configs are already in there for you.
I think this pack is incredibly awesome, considering it is all working for me, with all of those mods together. Incredible.
Do the changes in this update retroactively apply to existing seed\terrain\biomes\chunks\etc.? Does a new world need generation to take advantage of anything?

hey, so It looks like dax updated the shader to work with the 11.2 driver from what I have heard. everyone has been reporting that the latest version of the shader works fine with the 11.2 driver and catalyst a.i. enabled
The only thing that fails to work for me is AA. Catalyst on (the disable option was removed 11.2). I've tried profile configs to attempt to force it off, but no effect. Also, whether I force AA in the driver or not, it just doesn't seem to work at all. Bumpmapping, DOF, all that other jazz, works great. Any ideas?
ATI Radeon 6870 11.2 drivers (now experimenting with 11.4 preview drivers)
Anyone with a Radeon 6870 able to get AA to work? Also, SSAO produces lots of lines on distant blocks that rotate as you approach them. Right now, all I'm running is Bump mapping, a fixed distance DOF, and a slight Bloom.

Hello, I am having one heck of a time merging a 1 function base.fsh with another 3 function base.fsh. I have had very limited success, as I can only get one portion of the code to work. If someone would like to assist, please PM me. Each bit has proper author credits.
In relation to the new java path variable, unless you have a special need to conserve space, then you do not need to do anything beyond what you've already been doing thus far to use this application. It sets it self standard by default. I put basic steps below on how to run it this way, as originally intended.
Download minecraft portable,
Put it on a memory stick
Run it and exit
Download the Java Portable
Extract the java portable link provided to the mcp_data folder.
From here after, run minecraft portable from your memory stick for minecraft on the go!
Do the changes in this update retroactively apply to existing seed\terrain\biomes\chunks\etc.? Does a new world need generation to take advantage of anything?

For some reason supplier logistics pipes won't fill up a barrel, but everything else seems to work. Is this related?
I'm new to logistics pipes and barrels mod, so perhaps it is just normal.

My mcp_config.ini look like this in each minecraftp setup
I set EnableLog = true to make sure it is picking up my java path. Log generated is mcp_log.txt
