This is not a good deal. If we are supposed to work for you only, we need to be payed handsomely and frequently. To give you guys a free month is out of the question in my book. But good luck finding a developer.

Hello, you plugin coders! My server is currently in need of a plugin coder/dev. we only need a couple plugins developed atm, but later on we will want to add more things so we will need more custom coded plugins.
What will my job be?: Well, you will have to develop a plugin in less then a couple of weeks (depending on how complex of course) and on a moments notice, you will need to know how to code some very complex plugins time to time, we need a experienced bukkit plugin coder, we will only be hiring 1 coder but if you feel you need the help we will hire 2 but you monthly pay will get cut for the 2nd coder, OR if we feel the need to get another coder due to you taking to long we will do so and will cut your monthly pay.
What are the requirements?: You have to be older then 15 years old and mature. You can only work for us, a 2nd job is not allowed. You have to be trusted. You must be able to code very complex plugins. You must be able to update them ASAP when a new update is out.
Server Rules you must follow as a dev.: You have to keep these plugins private and only for our server! If caught uploading to bukkit.org etc. you will be fired! Have to be trusted, don't f**** up if you give us a hint that we can't trust you.. then you will be fired!
Monthly Pay Info: You will get payed money each month, your monthly pay is based off of how many donations we are averaging at the time, this can go up or down. More custom coded plugins the more people that will join do to uniqueness. Your monthly pay will start a month after the server is opened. So the first month the server is opened all money goes towards server then next month you will get you cut. We are paying you monthly to code plugins so be read to code at a moments notice, also be ready to work your a** off! When we need a plugin we want it asap, we want you working on it till it's done! If you do that then you won't have to do anything besides coding plugins when needed.. After coding plugins you could never join the server again till we called you in for coding, of course that's up to you, if we feel that you are slacking, half - assing our plugins etc.. we will and CAN fire you to look for new Dev.! All we ask from you is to code very complex plugins quickly, if you do that we don't have a problem paying you every month even when your not even coding!

Like when you where full iron armor you do %5 more damage as that class. -Cooldowns.. Cooldowns for each skill. -Be able to purchase the class via a sign. -Announce in chat when you use skill (just to the people around you in 15 block radius) -Be able to set what item that class has to use to be able to use there skills for that class. -Be able to select your class via sign and chat commands. -PvE classes like Enchanter, Enchanter can type /enchant (enchant) and it will enchant that item.. but you can set the highest enchant they can do, and the PvE class Mayor can create towns but no other person can. -Be able to have 1 PvP class and 1 PvE class at a time but able to switch any time!

I am making a DRUG SERVER and I'm going to be opening it this Friday but one of my main problems is that I'm not that creative so I really need help coming up with a drug server name! something unique and that is not in use..
