That's a genre, not a theme.

If these are unlicensed then they are not legal and the consent given by the Youtubers (if they are consenting) means they are libel to be sued for profiting off of Mojang's IP, which is blatantly against the TOS of using Minecraft. Let's Plays are an exception to this but profiting from merchandise is NOT.

Even if the Youtubes get a cut, this isn't legal.
It infringes on Mojang's IP of Minecraft. Mojang owns the design of the characters. They may not own the design of the actual skin, but the toy maker would be hard pressed to prove that these toys aren't based on the Steve IP since they're clearly marketed as being Minecraft figures.
The only way this would be legal is if the manufacturer has an IP license from Mojang AND a license for the likeness to the Youtuber. I would imagine that such licenses combined would make the toys unprofitable to the toy maker unless they sold at quite a premium.

It's not dead. Can you even read?! Look at the post literally just above yours!

The EULA is talking to mod developers who cannot profit from making mods for Minecraft. It is not illegal to make money playing Minecraft and therefore by extension, form using any mods running on Minecraft. Even if the mod developper says otherwise. The mojang EULA supercedes that: mod developers have no rights to their own mods.
It is simply good manners to ask for permission but not at all a legal requirement.

You likely aren't using the right fuel in the smeltery.

Then explain the thousands of videos out there that do have Optifine including Roosterteeth, Rendog and more?

So everywhere I look, I see that liquid Enderium is the best coolant for the reactor.
Thing is, when I use liquid enderium, I get an error stating that fluid.enderium.molten is invalid for use in the reactor.
Why?
Gelid Cryothium works fine but I don't have much access to it!

Hey Genius, If you learned how to read you would know where to find the 1.8 version.
You sound so incredibly smart right now I shudder in your intelligence!

So gladd to see this is being worked on by others!

The main region files are all up to date but the spacestation region files are all over the place.
r.0.0.mca - 6/14
r.0.-1.mca - 6/13
r.0.-2.mca - 6/10
r.1.0.mca - 6/14
r.-1.0.mca - 6/14
r.1.-1.mca - 6/14
r.-1.-1.mca - 6/14
r.1.-2.mca - 6/10
r.2.0.mca - 6/7
r.2.-1.mca - 6/7
I wouldn't know which ones are for my spacestation but I assume its the latter two. Do you know of a way to force Minecraft to update the region files?

My saves folder contains the following:
MyWorld
NEI
MyWorld-20150607-133320.zip
MyWorld-20150607-133607.zip
Both zip files date to 5 days ago. I believe that they might be the source of this problem. The reason is because if i delete them, Forge gives me the following error:
Forge mod loader detected that the backup level.dat is being used
This may happen due to a bug or corruption, continuing can damage your world beyond repair or lose data/progress
It gives me a Yes/No choice. Clicking yes crashes Minecraft. Clicking No kicks me back to the main menu...
UPDATE: manage to load up with the zip files deleted. Not the source of the problem. I have no idea now where the old spacestation data is coming from!
UPDATE 2: My best guess is the following: In saves -> MyWorld -> data-> there is a file called spacestation_2.dat that dates to 5 days ago. This is the last file I can imagine could be the root of the problem but I have no idea what data it contains and no way to update it.
UPDATE 3; I tried using a chunkloader, Didn't help.

1. Mods used (Note problem occurred before integrating Mekanism and ProjectRed):
Mekanism
ProjectRed
Applied Energistics 2
Big reactors
Chisel 2
Computercraft
ExtraUtilities
Galacticraft
OpenBlocks
NEI
RedLogic
Thaumcraft
2. No server. Local single player world.
3. I haven't set any world save settings myself. Everything should be default. However, in my saves folder I do see zip files of backups that date to 5 days ago. I don't know what is creating these beyond perhaps Forge itself.
4. LOGS:
I loaded the game and it loads into the SpaceStation dimension just fine. The following is the log as I switch from creative to survival and fall to Earth:

I did sign up on the forum but it refuses to send me the activation link for my account. It's been 2 days already!
I'll work on getting the debug going and report back.

I've been dealing with a really annoying problem and thank god I back up my saves!
I'm working in the space station dimension and can make as many edits as I want, save the game and close it without any problems. When i log back into Minecraft, I return to the same space station i saw when I left it. I do my work in creative mode.
However, the same can't be said for when I make edits in creative and switch my game mode to survival to fall to Earth. Once on Earth, i switch back to creative, setup my launch pad and launch a rocket back to the space station. When I see it, it looks like it did 5 days ago, losing hours and hours of work!
I can only fix the problem when I delete the level.dat file for the dimension and replace it with a backed up copy.
So question is, how can I fix the problem properly by launching to my CURRENT pace station rather than my ancient one?
There are no error reports in the logs.

Where can we download the mod? Might want to consider putting it on curseforge.
