The Quarry (Underground area) - TNT stack place tnt on certant parts on a boss that shoots arrows to blow it up to reveal a door.
Steves Garden (Jungle Temple area) - Bucket (moving water) you need to place water to get to the top of some structure to kill the head MOB.
SkyHaven (Sky, Light, parkour area) - No new items (maybe a sword) Herobrine releases his army of zombies and spiders and skeletons on you in the sky temple and you fight through them to get the treasure.
