The only thing I have installed is Forge, and whenever I to create, or go into a world I already had, it crashes. And I have no idea why. I've got the recommended version of forge installed.Any help at all would be appreciated.

When I try to log into the server I play on, it gives me an error; "Failed to very username! [internal.error Java-Net.UnknownHostExpection: session.minecraft.net]"
Yes my client IS modded, but I don't think my mods have anything to do with this error, so I posted here.
If you have any idea on why this is happening or how to fix it, please let me know.
I used the EXE file to install it, but when I open Minecraft, there are no changes what-so-ever.
The same thing happens to me, glad to know I'm not the only one with this problem.
EDIT: Just to clear it up, I've used the link someone provided a few pages back that's an update of this mod for 1.3.2
EDIT 2: I fixed it. I uninstalled my older versions of Java and updated to the newest one and reinstalled the shaders. Worked like a charm.
I don't know what's wrong. I was climbing up a pyramid and then it disconnected me because of an "internal server error" and it won't let me back in.
This is the error thing it said.

Hello!
I'm starting up a small hardcore survival server!
No rules, everything goes.
requires smart moving mod for multiplayer, if you don't have it you can get a minecraft.jar with it already installed at this link: http://www.mediafire.com/?ll995k645t8q94v
ip: 204.237.0.73The map is custom made btw.Greifing IS frowned upon, but allowed. And guys, please try to not get too carried away with killing people.
