(Yikes, sounds like that hurricane is seriously bad. Glad you're okay, Ulti. Stay safe you two, and try not to get smucked by a flying stop sign.)

(I'm sure he is. Infact, it isn't surprising he's been gone this long. Kokolo tends to disappear for awhile, before coming back with a few posts, and then disappearing for another long length of time. If there's anyone we should worry about, that would be Term. By the way Ulti, have you any luck contacting Term?)
Eclipse wagged her tail and happily nodded, before folding the parchment into a smaller size and slipping it in her pocket along with the chunk of charcoal.
Zen shifted her eyes to look at Sir Mino, still crossing her arms. "My love wants to go. Waiting on you to lead the way, sir." she simply said.
Eric stood still, in awe of what was happening with the clock and table. Once that was over, Eric put his hands in his pockets. "Wow, that is amazing. Such a wonderful tool. Hehe, his would've made my work so much easier if I had it." After a brief pause, Eric frowned, looking back at the table. "You know, I came here in hopes of finding technology to make my project work, but what good is any of this when I don't understand a single thing about them?" he said, sounding discouraged.

Eric simply stood where he was at and looked at Minera with a blank expression. "Slowing down time? Quantum energy? Sounds impressive, but it also sounds a lot like magic." Eric commented. When Minera tapped the crystal with the baton and caused the clock to float in the air, Eric raised a brow and scratched his head. "How does that even work?" Eric looked around the clock for anything holding it up, like thin string, but saw nothing of the sort. "I see no trickery. Could you explain this to me?" he asked.
Eclipse smiled a little, finding Sir Mino's facemask falling down constantly to be humorous. When he mentioned the group that was the last of his kind, Eclipse was suddenly curious on the subject. "What an interesting band of moonglowers." she thought. Eclipse moved to a table and brought forth a new piece of parchment. She wrote her message and stood up, moving to Sir Mino and presenting her message in beautiful calligraphy: "The group you mentioned sounds very interesting, and I would like to meet them! It does seem that you and your kind need help with your faith. As a priestess of the Greater Alphas, it is my duty to help others. My wife and I can accompany you and your group for a bit, if you're okay with it."
Zen took her attention off I/O and read Eclipse's message. She smirked and looked at her wife, crossing her arms. "Gee, and I thought you told me before that you only wanted to eat here. Now you wanna go on an adventure." she teased.
Eclipse looked at Zen and lowered her ears while smiling, looking a bit embarrassed. "What, can a priestess not dream of such things from time to time?" she thought to herself.

(May as well throw me in with Ulti, I'm getting pounded with so many things as well. Mostly school, but a few other things as well has kept me from posting here.)

(In that case, happy belated birthday to you, Evanist. And happy early birthday to you, Ulti. Indeed, I am 18 as of today. My grandpa is taking me to a casino this weekend as a birthday present, so that's something to look forward to.)

(I'm back in school now. Quite excited as I finally got a spot in the engineering class my school provides. Man, does that class have beefy high-end computers.)
(However, that is not the reason why my post is so delayed. I followed in Ulti's footsteps and became a "pro" procrastinator.)
Eric gazed around the room, noticing the three, odd-looking work tables. He took interest in the clock on the crystal table and walked over to it, inspecting it with his eyes. "These tables sure look strange, and this clock is quite a fine piece despite being unfinished. The crystal clockhands are a nice addition: I wonder how this crystal was carved? Anyways, I doubt you would be that excited to show me a simple clock, so where is the large project you were working on? Does it involve this clock and that copper rod over there?"
"It's brass, for your information. I personally don't mind it's look, and tinkerers all around love it because it's easy to work with." Zen informed. When the ball came flying through the bar and bouncing around, Zen dropped to the ground to avoid being hit. When the ball stopped, she got back up to see what was going on, but was amazed and confused at seeing the robot go around and cleaning up. "Wooh, that's... quite the automaton. And it talks. Eric would surely love to meet whoever built that machine." she commented.
Eclipse was also down on the ground to avoid being hit by the flying ball. When the whole thing was over, she got up, though her fur all around her was standing on ends since she was frightened. It didn't take long for her to calm down, and as soon as she was, she also looked at the robot for a little bit. She then recalled that Mino said her follower count would total four. "Hmm, so Mino knows a few other people like himself." she thought. Eclipse went toa nearby table and started writing on her parchment. She then went back to Mino and showed him her question. "You said my follower count would total four. Do you have friends that believe in your faith as well?" was what she wrote.

Eric set the gear back down onto the clockwork station and nodded. "Well then, lead the way." he responded. Eric smiled a little, curious as to what Minera was working on.
Eclipse's ears lowered as she heard the question, remembering the horrible accident that lead to her losing her arm and leg. She didn't feel like wasting what little parchment she had with her to tell a story, so she looked at Zen and gave a little nod, gesturing her to tell her story.
Zen looked at Eclipse and sadly sighed, before looking back at Mino. "Four years ago, my love here worked at the coal mines near the city we reside in now. Back then, the Canine church in our city wanted nothing to do with Eclipse, so mining coal was the only job she could get. The heads of the mine hired her pretty quickly, since a mute worker cannot speak out against the terrible working conditions. Anyways, from what I heard, some idiot was trying to light his tobacco pipe and dropped a match onto a box full of dynamite. The whole box exploded and killed several miners, and Eclipse was close enough to lose her arm and leg." Zen gestured to Eclipse's paws poking from beneath the kimono, one of them being mechanical. "My love was crippled for several months until we met our friend Eric. His father specialized in the making of clockwork limbs for disabled folk. Eric gave us enough money to cover the costs, and Eclipse was given the arm and leg you see now."

As he investigated the table, Eric felt a sense of familiarity as its purpose and layout was what he was used to, but the clockwork station also felt alien with its technologically advanced tools. He looked back at Minera and replied, "Hmm, you do have a point." He picked up one of the gears off the station and examined it. "Judging from this mess, you were working on something, I assume?" he asked.
Eclipse was shocked to hear the answer, as it was very similar to what she was. "So, Moonglowers are just another name for the Lunar Cursed, just without the negative effects." When she heard Mino's question, she nodded her head, touching her silver moons amulet with her brass mechanical paw.
Zen stood aside and, crossing her arms, looked at Mino before turning her attention to her wife. "Looks like they have something in common. I'll keep silent; this is their conversation now." she thought to herself.

As soon as Sir Mino finished his reply, Eclipse finally felt the bundle of writing supplies she kept with her. She pulled the bundle of rolled paper out and rushed to the nearest table, untied the twine holding the bundle together, and rolled it out. Eclipse picked up the piece of charcoal within and began writing her question. Her writing speed was much faster than the average person, and within a few seconds she was done. She tucked the rest of the paper and charcoal into her pocket, before walking over to Sir Mino and presenting her question. On the paper was a simple question written in elegant calligraphy: What is a Moonglower?
Zen paused as she observed her wife fumbling around with paper and charcoal, before walking to her and reading what was on the paper. She looked back at Mino. "I guess we got carried away with conversation. Perhaps you could explain what a 'moonglower' is."
Eric followed Minera to the workshop, looking around at the mess of the place. He smirked upon hearing Minera. "You're like my father. He'd always make a mess of his workshop." Eric took notice of the clockwork tinkering station and moved towards it until he was close enough to investigate it better. "Well, well. I never thought you'd own one of these." he commented.

(Hey, that is that one stone thing from the Ace Attorney series!)
(Got distracted by Starbound, so that's why my post was delayed. Also, I'm gonna try to get in touch with Term and Craft, since I'm still waiting for their posts in my arc.
Zen sighed, crossing her arms. "My friend, you certainly do talk funny." She gestured towards her wrench with her head. "Let me enlighten you on some things. First, this 'mace' is called a wrench. And second, I'm her wife, not a bodyguard. Anyways, what do you mean by the last of your kind?" she asked. Zen sounded irritated, her mood justified after having to deal with the fights with the Roskus soldiers and the crooks after Sam and Jax.
Eclipse tilted her head to the side slightly, letting go of her amulet. "I have a... glow around me?" She quickly looked at her paws and her body, before convincing herself that the knight meant it in a figurative way. She looked back at the knight. "He says he's the last of his kind. Is that what he means when he mentioned Moonglowers before?" Eclipse wanted to know what a Moonglower was, for that may bring some insight. However, she could not directly ask since she was mute. "Wait, I have some parchment and charcoal stored in my kimono. Yeah. I always bring some with me!" she thought. Eclipse began to rummage through some hidden pockets in her kimono, looking for her writing supplies.
Eric nodded, relieved he wasn't going to be brought on some crazy adventure. "Yes, let's finish the tour, please. I get enough adventure traveling via airship." he responded.
Scraps, seeing its friend in such a situation, decided to jump into action. Scraps hopped over Juno and squeezed itself behind him. Scraps then proceeded to push Juno out of the spot.

(I'd totally shank someone in the kidney with said hammer.)
Eclipse stopped smiling and looked back at the knight, thinking he might say something to her. When he drew his sword and advanced towards her, she was shocked and afraid he might harm her. "What the heck?! Did I look at him wrong or something?" she thought, taking a few steps back. By then, Zen was already at her side with the pipe wrench in paw. Once the knight was on his knees and introduced himself, Eclipse calmed down, although now confused. "That was odd, but why did he call me a moon... glower?" she thought. It took her a second to remember the silver moons amulet she wore. She reached for her bosom, feeling the amulet. "He must've noticed this. He seems to have some sort of affection for the moons, judging from what he said, but for what reason? He's no wolf, that's for sure."
Zen was still by Eclipse's side, holding her pipe wrench in her paw. She was ready to react if the knight did try to assault her wife in the bar. Her guard did drop as the knight kneeled and spoke, but she was pretty confused. She sheathed the wrench and stood there. "Huh? Moonglower? Wait, so... so you're not trying to, er, attack Eclipse?" Zen asked.
Eric sighed in relief, somewhat glad that Minera wasn't angry. "Lucky? Troublesome is what Scraps is. Always sneaking away and getting into some trouble." Eric gently set the mechanical fox down on the ground and looked back out the cockpit window. "A planet locked in eternal night, huh? I suppose Scraps did something right once in a long time." Eric paused and looked at Minera. "Um, don't tell me you have plans on us going there, right?" he asked.
As soon as Scraps was set down, it immediately walked off, heading out of the cockpit without a single care in the universe. Finished with its daily mischief, Scraps made its way to the bedroom, looking around for its glowing gas-filled friend.

(Well, I did say I nearly hit the fawn, but never said I actually hit it. Both of us are okay, but I was scared that the mother might pop out from the grass or forest nearby and chase me or something.)

(Oh yeah, the knight. Forgot all about him.)
(Never ride a bike through a field of tall grass. I did, and nearly hit a hidden baby dear in the process.)
Zen turned her attention to the newcomer in knight's armor, putting one of her paws on her hip as she observed him. She was oblivious to the changing of color on his armor, instead more curious as to why someone would wear so much of it. The human soldiers of her world wore no armor, and even the Roskus troops wore little metal armor. When the man lifted his helmet and asked his question in surprise, she warmly smiled and waved with the other paw. "Hello, armored stranger! I'm not sure how this place works, either. Though everyone here calls it an 'interdimensional bar' or something."
Eclipse also looked towards the door and at the newcomer, though she was more observant than her wife. She noticed the changing of colors on his armor. "More strange magic. This bar is full of it, it seems." Soon she noticed the full moon outside and, struck by its beauty, stared at it from inside the bar until the door closed. "A full moon! Such a beautiful gift from the Greater Alphas, like a giant ocean pearl in the sky..." she thought to herself. As she heard the man speak, she smiled and held her paws, giving a welcoming appearance.
Eric smiled as he began to follow Minera. "I won't lie, I'm pretty excited to see this. I can only imagine what tools you have, and what inventions you've conjured up." His sudden good mood dropped when Minera began to rush to the cockpit. "Huh? Wait, what's wrong!?" he asked as he turned around and kept up with her, seeing Scraps on the lever and button. He rushed to Scraps and pried him off the console without activating anything else. As the ship came to a stop, he looked out the cockpit window with Minera. Disciplining Scraps would come later, as Eric was more concerned about the sudden change of star and planet. "None of this looks familiar at all..." he muttered. He eventually noticed the dark planet and pointed to it. "Er, Minera. What's that over there? It doesn't look like a planet, and it's really dark." he asked.

(When I was over in the Philippines, I had the opportunity to eat a delicacy of theirs, balut. So, I'm curious if any of y'all would try to eat it if you had the opportunity. It's basically a hard boiled duck egg with an 18 day old duck embryo inside. Wouldn't recommend googling it if you got a queasy stomach.)
(It appears I still need a post from Term and Craft before I continue on with the arc.)
