The camouflage pattern on the creeper is a little hard to replicate, but I did my best. Hope it is what you are looking for.
-Dark, dark skin (think Native African.)
-Green eyes
-A small, neutral mouth.
-A shaved head (make it look like head stubble.)
-A gray tanktop with a black band running across his chest (think like a bandolier.)
-Black, ripped shorts (think like man lost on an island.)
-a STONE sword across his back (like it is sheathed.)
-No shoes

Sweet man, that's pretty awesome! Anyways, I know that this is a sort an odd request, but could you make a skin of a medieval looking guy wearing a gambeson?
In case your not familiar with the word 'gambeson' it's this sort of medieval/renaissance era cloth tunic/jacket that knights and other warriors wore under their armor. If you've ever watched any movies or played any games based on medieval times, then chances are that you've probably seen one but simply didn't know what it was called. In any case, I have a picture:
You can make it any color you want although I'd prefer either a dark blue or a crimson color. As for the face, you can make it anything you want, leave it blank or just the default steve it it pleases you.

Yeah, so I don't know about the leader of Sacredia, but I'm in it and I vouch for completely being against Brotherhood of Sky. Not to the point of war but they were being cowardly and can't be trusted. Leuma probably is a griefer/troll by the way.
Speaking of politics though, what clans are still up and running? Sacredia is building alot of reeds so if anyone is thinking of building an underwater place, we'll trade.
