This is a resource pack that replaces the blocks you use most while working with redstone with clean, minimal, vibrant textures great for keeping complex redstone monstrosities organized.
Without further ado, here are some screenshots:
A spiffing array of stained clay colors!
A simply tip-top set of redstone textures!
Some smashing circuits!
You can view all the textures in the demo world included in the download!
IMPORTANT: The download contains a .zip containing the resource pack AND the demo world. Extract the .zip with your favorite decompresser and bash the pack into your resource pack folder and you're done!
I have been playing Minecraft on my Mac since about mid-2012. I played it at least 5 days a week for about a year, and then I (having dealt with my fair share of crashes and freezes) became fed up and stopped playing until about a week ago, when my friend reintroduced me to it. I cautiously began playing Multiplayer, etc, without crashing in any way, except for the occasional 1-second freeze. But today, I encountered a problem. I opened my Singleplayer world, flew over some trees & mountains etc, but then I had a whole string of 1-second freezes. I dismissed this and continued playing until bam, it froze. I could move my cursor and the clock in my menu bar updated about every half minute, but other than that, it was frozen. I pressed [esc] and about a minute later the pause screen came up. I clicked on "save and quit to title" and after another minute the game recognized this and brought me out, whence I quit immediately. I would like to know the cause of this and how to fix it.
Now, the important part:

Thank you in advance,
I have had the same problem a few times, the best thing to do is to wait a few moments after the title screen loads before you resize the window - and do that slowly.
Also, I think the rotating "panorama" thing on the main menu is a factor. It takes wayyy too much processor power, graphics engine power, etc to render it and resizing the window (and the animation) is a huge load. Mojang should make an option for the main menu to be static, I think.

No, they were called flowers. As for the forests, there are both Spruce and Birch forests.
