    I'm quite not sure on what the expand method does I've had a look at the AABB class it does give a description. Although I'm not sure if it's as obvious as it sounds, that it expands the searching boundary..?



    4HeadTiger, Hehe yes, I had a boolean for when it should print or not in the sendChat() method and when that part of the code was executed it was false :P. Thanks for the tips and tricks! :)



    Everything's sorted just one more problem :P

    The way I'm trying to decrement the item on the ground by 1 doesn't seem to be working..

    The code below works till it comes to the if statement. What makes this even stranger is it doesn't execute any code in the else {} part..

    Actually a very simple solution.

    No need to block update.

    Just instead of world.setBlock(x, y, z, Blocks.water);

    Use:

    world.setBlock(x, y, z, Blocks.flowing_water);



    I tested it and the flow distance is exactly the same :)

    Would you like to know to detect if they're placing it in the nether and prevent them from doing so?

    I want to check an item that is dropped within a range from my TileEntity.

    Would I have to check EACH time a player drops and item: Where they dropped it and what they dropped?

    Or

    Is there other way to get an ItemStack/Item that is on the ground using x, y, z ?
