unfortunately i doubt the world seed would be useful in this scenario. the realm was originally a bedrock world (before bedrock seeds and java seeds were the same) and then was transferred to java around a year ago. that's why you can find a lot of chunk borders around the world. i can give you the original bedrock seed but i doubt it would be of any help sadly
