Have you ever been banned on another server: Yes I have and on this server. I was using X-ray, Broke random blocks (Making random tunnels around pepoles bases) and I was stealing

1. I promise to always respect other players and 24CC staff.
2. I promise I will not ruin the fun of others by agreed upon pvp, trolling or harassing people (I had to search up the last one just to check)
3. I promise to respect others players property and spawn area
4. I promise I will not use any X-ray texture packs or mods and i will not use mojang's mistakes to my advantage
5. I promise I will not steal and I understand that all chests are private unless marked otherwise.

Have you ever been banned from a server? if so please explain: I can only remember being banned from one server the server was a server with abusive staff got banned for supposedly copying the owners skin when, I didn't even have the same skin as the owner.

LeopardCraft was Crafted in March 2017. The carefully chosen secret seed centers on a Jungle Biome. All installed plugins serve either an administrative purpose or a minor aesthetic one. No plugins have been installed in order to limit or enhance gameplay. We use Coreprotect for logging blocks and chest transactions - this will help guard you against unwanted theft and griefing.

Our server runs a Whitelist so make sure to apply and check it out.

Try port forwarding the port "25565" (Default Minecraft Port). This might remove some possible confliction problems with other ports and applications. If you use this port you don't need to add the port after the IP of the server you're connecting to like you would have to do otherwise.
