    Yep, that comma was the cause of that on both of them. Deleted it and both worked just fine right after that.

    So I have been working on a texture pack to add variant textures to various blocks and have run into a road block regarding the carved pumpkins and jack o lanterns. Now I do have the textures, model jsons and blockstate jsons for all the textures, models and blockstates in the appropriate folders as I do have other textures as part of this pack that are tested and working with no broken textures.


    So in addition to the default texture of the carved pumpkin and jack o lantern I have 3 for each, and they are named with the block name followed by _0, _1, and _2. From looking at the blockstate and model jsons I have they should work since they look similar to the default ones. Wondering if someone else would be able to see the probable small error that I have made that is making these blocks break.


    Here is the blockstate json which is named carved_pumpkin. The jack o lantern one is identical in format except where it says carved_pumpkin it says jack_o_lantern:

    I was just wondering when transmuting stone or sand to grass blocks with the philosopher's stone shouldn't it transmute them to just regular dirt instead? Or is that how EE2 worked originally as well? Been so long since I played that back on 1.1

    I notice that this mod says there is compatibility between this and Biomes O Plenty. I'm just wondering what exactly it is. Are you able to sieve saplings or get other items? I'm unable to find anything within the game as to what you can get or how. Any assist would be appreciated.

    actually nevermind, i fixed it by disabling tinkers modifiers in the config. that was weird.


    Thank you for that tidbit of info. I was running into the same issue and I finally pinned down it was this mod making tinkers weapons ridiculously OP but no clue as to why or how to fix it.

    Usually when someone builds a ModPack make use of tools like that to add the compatibility you looking for.

    Thanks for the help there I guess... Both versions that I'm playing on are modpacks yes, as well as a personal build. Both the modpack and personal build for 1.6 the Ex Niliho barrels take HarvestCraft, but not the 1.7. I really don't want to add another mod, and write up "recipes" for all the HarvestCraft foods even though that may be the choice I'm forced to make...

    Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place so apologies if I'm not, but I have a question. I've noticed that tools do an OP amount of damage. I've noticed this on SkyFactory 2 when I play as well as after adding this mod to a personal mod setup of mine. For example a normal wood axe does 4 damage while a flint axe with wood handle does 12 (on SF2) and 10 (on my setup), but did 5 damage before the mod was added. I've looked through the config to see if there's something I can tweak to make this not so OP but I can't seem to find anything. Is there anything I can do or change to fix this to make it normal?

    Apologies in advance if this has been covered here but in my search for an answer I cannot find any reference or information on what I'm seeking. I'm wondering if there is something I am missing to get the barrels to accept food from Harvestcraft in 1.7.10. I've played on 1.6.4, and the barrels accept it there no problem. Is it:



    1) a feature that wasn't carried over on this mod from going from 1.6 to 1.7?

    2) a feature that was part of Ex Aqilio but not included in Ex Astris? Or

    3) something on Harvestcraft's end when that was moved from 1.6 to 1.7?

    Apologies in advance if this has maybe been asked before but I was wondering if there was any way to change how the molten metals appear while in the smeltery. I ask because it seems that even when I smelt only a few things each of them show up as a tiny sliver of molten metal that I have to finely sift through slowly to find the one I want. I know that there were times before where it wouldn't show this way but as larger portions in the smeltery.

    I have a question, and I see that it most likely is the cause of this mod since I've not had this issue with Tinker's by itself. I started a new world and was able to craft myself a wood bladed broadsword with copper guard and wood handle and it was dealing out 14 damage per hit. So I tested other swords and they are dishing out unbelievable amounts of damage with wood dealing the least of the ones I tested. Anyone have any idea why the crappiest of these tinker blades is dishing out twice that of a vanilla diamond sword?
