There should be no problem. Several things could've happened.
    1. You failed to intall it correctly (it is not installed like other mods, so using Modcrafter doesn't work)
    2. You updated and then installed the wrong version
    3. You downloaded the wrong version from the forum
Here's how you can fix it:
    1. Before you login, click options>force update, and it will overwrite any changes you made to files
    2. Delete the millenaire folder and all the other stuff it uses, assuming that you installed it correctly
    3. Back up from your minecraft.jar file (assuming you have one, and I gather that you don't)

The thing is, there's not a virus in this mod. I've used it. It's great fun. Just do what I said, and repost if you still have problems.

And also, do you know if this works for mac?

well, you could try going into the code and changing where it signs into if its claiming it's not downloaded, but this requires software(notepad works in a few instances). Unfortunately, I hate MACS with a passion unless it involves graphic design, so idk how to help you there.

Here's one thing though. If you say EVERYTHING is right, yet it says it isn't, then it isnt. There is no arguing with code, downloads, connections or what not. All that is mathematical and WILL WORK IF EVERYTHING IS RIGHT. So you must have done something wrong, because humans can be wrong, math is fact. Unfortunately with the info you gave its not enough to pinpoint even a general area to try, so please try to find more information such as where you downloaded it to, what part your logging into, the exact error file, and all that.

If you want 1on1 help I can connect to your screen with team viewer(google teamviewer6 for the file) and we could work it out, otherwise good luck to you

Well thanks for your help. I'll call a computer store or some sort of support line to see if they can help. But do you know if Mods can give virus' often?

not too familiar with macs, but a simple issue that could be the case is you dont have the MAC version. For multiplayer theres several differant code types, idk abt the regular one though. give it a shot

Thing is tht it's not Multiplayer and I defiantely got it from the MAC section. My friend said maybe a mod gave me a virus. What do you think?
