I don't see anything that off about, the only thing I can say is:
1.To check with some of the mods for if they are Forge/move all the mods out and add them 1 by 1, then if it's a pretty bad issue report it to the Mod Dev/Fabric team via their Discord here: https://discord.gg/v6v4pMv so they can fix it or come up with a solution,
2.Check mods if they have the library mods embedded or are required as some like Fabric Language Kotlin or Cotton aren't while many others may be.
3.Use latest Fabric Loader and Fabric API just encase.
4.Use Jumploader if you want your modpack on Curseforge through Twitch.
But other than that I don't know for sure what the conflict is and I'm no expert at Fabric crash reports/logs compared to Forge where I've picked up on things more.
I am surprised that Not Enough Crashes didn't pick up on anything though (unless it's not the type it detects, *shrugs*).
