Great server, friendly community with a competitive feel. Great for all who love to have fun yet compete for F top. Been playing the server for a while now and never once thought to leave!
How much time can you dedicate to the server?: 3-5 hours every weekday - 4+ hours every weekend
Why do you wish to be Moderator?: I want to help a server become a community and get rid of all the toxicity that we experience as players in a number of minecraft servers. I want to be able to have an influence on a GOOD chat and a positive community on Incidia. I am also a huge fan of factions and believe that i can help people who are new to factions and or need any help in factions.
Why should you be chosen?: I have experience in the real world when it comes to helping people and dealing with customers, therefore, i believe i can put it to use in minecraft and use my skills to help players in game and allow them to learn about factions and become a competitive and fun server.
How will you benefit the server?: I will dedicate hours daily into the server and i will ensure that the chat is friendly, as well as ensuring that people are enjoying themselves and learning about a fun mode in factions.
Do you have any other skills?: Communication, Factions skills, building is okay, know plugins, friendly

I have experience in real life jobs with customer interaction so dealing with people is something i am not new to and believe i can bring to the server.

I am also an experienced minecraft player who has played for several years.I have played on countless of servers especially factions, so have experienced a number of different ways to play the game and features to have in the server, and believe i can bring these features to the server and create an amazing experience for all players.
