how important is this position to you: i would greatly appreciate it
What
is the meaning of the position you are applying for to you: This
position means that i would help the players and the staff with what
ever issues arise and i would have to help make sure that the server is
running smoothly
Timezone: EST
How
do we know you will be dedicated to growing this server on top: I have
worked on many servers and i have ran 4 or 5 my self. Due to this i have
a good understanding of plugins and how to configure them
6) Experience with this type of management: I have ran around 10 server but most of them were small modded ones
7) How you can help the server: I have dealt with many types of staff and players and i have learned ways to deal with just about every situation and I like to accommodate players and make their experience better
8) What you want from the server: I would like to see the server grow into something huge and know that i was a part of it from the start.
9) What servers you will be on the most: Survival
10) What servers you would be on the least: Im not sure i would have to see what the servers are like
11) What you think you will be doing as a Staff Manager: Dealing with staff issues, accepting and denying apps and helping out players
12) What you would do if a Staff Manager started abusing his powers: report it to the owner
13) What you would do if a player was repeatedly breaking rules on multiple servers: tempban the player to start and then if it continues perm ban them
14) How much experience you have with server plugins: as stated i have ran around 10 servers so i am very familiar
15) What you would do if a server suddenly started acting up, but the developers were not on: contact the owner or try to resolve it in game

17) What would you do if staff abused?: I would pull the staff member aside and talk to them and then figure out a punishment from there.
I checked out their latest update earlier and it surprised me. They have completely redone their main menu screen, they have removed the mods that were previously making the server not enjoyable and have added new mods which makes the server even more enjoyable. I got on their teamspeak and everyone there were a blast. You guys should really go check out the server.

I checked out their latest update earlier and it surprised me.
