Is this mod incompatable with Tinkers Construct? The moment I added this mod I got this error,

This mod sounds great! It's everything I'm looking for in a good car mod. Please include the gas stations! Just like kandivia said, "I definitely like to see the gas stations implemented as well. Instead of a flat cost of 1 gold nugget, can we see a player configurable cost for the gas station that allows players to set up stations and collect payments from? The player would be able to lock the gas station so only they can configure it and collect payment, but other players would be able to purchase gasoline still." That sounds amazing! Also, you SHOULD implement road systems. If you do, please include traffic lights, and signs like Railroad Crossings and DO NOT ENTER. This mod sounds amazing. Following closely on this thread.
The best two mods I know of to fly ships are Haribote Aircraft and Archimedes' Ships. Both of these mods are compatible with 1.7 and Forge 10.12.2.1121.
Please, update the mod to 1.6.4! I realize that horses were implemented into the game, but these are WAY better, and plus, the wagons are pretty darn cool !

NicJames2378 messaged me the explanation behind the error:
"I got it all to work by looking through the config after it hung up. While the game was 'running', it was actually just IC2 trying to resolve an ID conflict, but being unable to since the config setting was set to disallow this. Therefore, it just tried setting it and being denied in a never-ending loop. (This is the simplest way to explain it, in my opinion)."
All it ever was was just a simple configuration error made by me Dx . Anyways, thanks to everyone for their help!
You could check ForgeModLoader-client-0.txt, or post it here inside a spoiler. although it may not be a complete list (since mc did't start all the way), but you/we could be able to see a weird pattern, id conflicts or memory issues
