A friend and I have started playing minecraft again and we always play the realm of mianite modpack. This is our 3rd time starting a new world. Everything worked fine the other times we played. I host the server as I have way better internet and a better computer. I was fine for the first 30+ hours of game time but then I started getting this error:
[Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host].
It happend for a few hours straight then it started working fine again. The whole time i was getting kicked i was talking to my friend on discord without internet drop outs and my friend was able to play on the server without lag.
So I dont think it is an internet issue, ive reinstalled java, i got every file to do with this modpack and the launcher (techniclauncher) from my friend and replaced my files but this still happens all while my friend has no issues. I dont know what it could be if he can play fine while my own server kicks me. Ive searched every forum post for this and tried everything, nothing has worked. When it kicks me it crashes the entire game and i need to relaunch it.
It will work fine 1 day then the next it will kick me before I can even move ingame, or it will kick me within like 30seconds of joining and after a couple hours of that it will be fine. Sometimes it will let me play for 30minutes or so then kick me and so on.
Ive tried connecting to the server with my local address (192.168.??) instead of the ip which my friend uses to connect. Another forum said to do that and it fixed it apparently but didnt work for me unfortunatly.

If you need me to show any other logs and stuff just let me know.
Last night i spend like 6hours building a big base and didnt get kicked once but today i place 1 block and get kicked instantly. if i dont move when i spawn in im fine but once i move and place a block (trying to fill in a water source block) i get kicked instantly, sometimes i can place like 5 blocks if im quick but then get kicked. most frustrating issue ive ever had!!!!!!!!!
thank you for helping, how do i find out if the server is maxing out the RAM i allocated. there was no lag 1 day then the next day it started to lag a little bit and then the day after that it was really bad.

I am running a server for my friend and I and it was working fine and now when you try make things it lags and in the server i get this error:
[Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 9867ms behind, skipping 197 tick(s)
The mod pack we are playing on is Realm of Mianite. the error message only comes up in the ME system when you try make stacks of something, the more stacks you make the more delay.
when the error message started i added more ram to the server but it didnt help, i also copied some jvm arguments into the launcher that were meant to help but didnt notice any difference. ill put them in below.
if you need me to post anything else to help you figure out what is wrong just ask.
