Im taking peeks at this thread just in case the stream isnt posted on youtube

and hopefully he said something about the nether right...

I knew there was the live stream going on yesterday, but because i was busy i felt like watching it in the morning.
But it seems there is no YouTube videos on with the stream itself, did i have to watch it live? Or wil youtube videos come out soon?

i just seen about 3 smooth stone bocks in smp that didnt even show the breaking animation, but the pickaxe acted like it was breaking.

....then a creeper comes in...

i say downloaded but all the non-cpu. geeks played browser before they know how to install correctly.

yes it seems that u forgot that Minecraft BETA! is still in development and is NOT FINISHED YET

srry if i sound like an jerk saying that, just remember that its still not finished yet.

And the classic sounds remind me of my first world. So beautiful my first save.

i agree, i want to hug my house and every passive mob when i here this play, and hug a creeper if i didnt have any valuables.

video is a cow in the first 5 sec.

im sure thats how cow move to, they have a pivot like movement i the back of their legs.

Ive been seeing some of c418's youtube videos about him and notch experimenting on MC. The videos were OLD, experimenting on minecraft before indev and creative was called just minecraft.

Ive always wondered why the sounds of blocks have some sounds of the other blocks.
Exp. the grass sound is the same as leaves, saplings, tnt, gravel, sponges, flowers, mushrooms, and another block that i cant think of.

There should be some changes in the sounds to make blocks more unique to others.
maybe even make levers,buttons, and p-plates different sounds.

While it's at that,
more mob sounds -new zombie gurgles, cowbells on cows, flapping winging sounds for chickens
furnace sounds, sounding like a campfire.
food sounds- chewing and swallowing


And some ambient sounds like bird chirps while near grass and trees.
crickets near grass at night
ocean waves
new cave sounds
(most of these ideas are from c418's videos)
