    so how does one point to the SERVER jarva using a windows machine. mine tells me server jar does not exisist it prob does not at least I have to give the bat file a directory for java else it cant find it.

    As for 64 bit version I managed to find it and will see how that works.

    Have u fixed the Chest despensing carts issue coz I finally got it working last release and it all seemed to work ok bar the fact chest did despense carts when powerd. prob due to us not understanding what you mean on its use.

    How do u get the chest to spit out the cart coz we have chest hooked up to be a catch and release system but it never did despense a thing.

    Alright if anyone has gotten this to work on server v2.4 I would really appreiciate it if you could share how as I'm pretty sure I followed the readme to letter after I deleted the meta-INF and tested it again it still did not work. We run hey0 and some other mods already like llamacraft and runecraft

    So not sure what I missed then, coz its not working I just did what it told me to do and place the class file into the server jar file and I did. we tested it out by laying some gold blocks and some plates and cloth and it did nothing.

    Does this work on a Compuss bearing or does direction facing not matter. Also I am +1 for config setup, I dont think sp are hacks after all SMP is just another SP modified with network code and a server jar is the SP jar with the edits required bla la bla not going to much into it.

    Think I see why did not notice the server jar had a meta-inf folder

    Yea, this is quite annoying. It has nothing to do with spawn protection, it's definitely something to do with the update. It's not specific to hMod, either, as I've only tested vanilla.


    well i know its no spawn protection or any protection cause im the owner ofmy server lol hmm


    does not matter if ur admin or not spawn protection will block the blocks around the given block radius regadless.

    why does he need it at all when all the comands he needs to give and or not give out are already built into hey0.

    /spawn /sethome /home /warp /listwarps /setwarp, if he is to silly to work the groups out properly then not our fault.

    Thank you, you could have just said it like that to start with :tongue.gif:. If this is the case Hey0 I request a change so that it only allow them to modify up to there current group, but not above!.

    and Pawned why is it that our mods can ban anyone in any group but one group called members i did not set admin/unrestricted to every group eaither but it seems as tho when they try and kick or ban users from this group they get player does not exsist chat message.

    We tested this on our selves as i manually demoted my self and he ranked me each time and tried ban. I'm willing to post the groups file on request.

    hmm as good as this looks OP, I think im just going to have to keep my current method that is blacklisting Fire & tnt so it cant be placed, Hey0 mod does this already if its blocked on spawn as well. they place the fire and it just dissapears.

    This need more work before I'm willing to let a bot control who gets banned. As it stands now every one logs into our server as guest and had admin/unrestriced -1 until promoted by regerstration with this being said last night a Fail inv hacker came on then immedietly attempted to set fires, Naturally the fire just turned to air and any thing he touched poped back.

    There is not a lot that griefers can get away with on our server even if they pass registration due to all the powerfull items like portals & fire tnt and adminium only be placable by moderators and admins.

    I see this have potential but it has far to go imo it just reads like its going to be one of those plugins that are going to add more risk of issues then good.



    Somethings I would personaly like to see before I use bang this on and inform peeps are,
    Group based settings - one lot of banned detection does not apply to all
    Ability to set warnings - the plugin will notify the user of there actions and infrom the risk if continuing - this ones my preffered option , Ways this could be done are to first KICK the user with a warning say u you Xx chances left, then if they continue doing it bans - this is so peeps firmly get the messege and the good ones will think twice.

    Flatfile config change it to merge into the current banned players list as I dont really see why u need to work it in your own list of bans - tho its nice to seperate cought and auto banned but the fact u you have delete the whole list to un block one idiot that cant read but u know u can trust puts me off instantly from using this.

    other then that it seems ok from reading just do these small favors and ill happily be tester.
