can you give details on how the Minecraft server is configured and set up as well as a Pastebin of the log file
were you sent the plugins and configs to go with the server? or just world files?
WhatMinecraft version are you using as the plugin looks like it is no longer maintained also are there any clues in the logs?
buy asking for buying a copy
can you give a paste bin of the server logs?
you could use Minecraft's Rcon
was the map made in bedrock client or server? as pocket mine worlds are different due to the way it has been built and may need conversion https://forums.pmmp.io/threads/world-conversion-between-win10-and-pocketmine.3747/
you can buy the bedrock version in the Microsoft store or the Xbox store
You should not have to delete anything but any new ores etc wont be in the old chunks so only new chucks One way to adjust for this is to have a mining/quarry world that can be reset once a month or something this can help to keep lag down too
Alot of the big content creators use Dedicated servers and it is more expensive then shared or VPS based hosting
Do you have essentials installed?
using vram will not work well and possibly end up crashing your server PC
it could be the geyser bride that causes the lag try using bedrock version and see if the lag is still there
can post your timing reports and give details on setup and configuration
Even though this section is for java servers this is a part of free server hosting often very low quality best to find a quality paid host
