That's just a generation error. The game placed the tree then placed the pond, cutting off the bottom of the tree.

So, I'm a Half-life fan and I want to have the weapons and mobs into the game. Is there a mod for that? And what if someone did? Also, for an idea, I think the Citadel in the end would be weird, but it could be like the Combine invaded the End.
