I don't know if I want villagers just copied over to The End. Trading endermen act more like endermen than villagers, and their buildings are very different.
I don't like the Enderboots because they're boots with "pre-enchantments" on them that for some reason affect hunger..? Doing this with enchantments would require a big change to the enchantment system to prevent the enchantment being unlocked without visiting the end village
The gryphon sounds too weird even by Minecraft standards. Why is it tamed by gold? Gryphons in mythology are considered keepers of gold.
Ender villages spawn on the outer end, and consist of buildings carved into mounds of endstone, with purpur walls and furniture, and shulker boxes for storage. The villages are lived in by a type of endermen that trade, but are otherwise the same as normal endermen. There is always a leader, who is 4 blocks tall, and wears enderboots. They defend the village, and can run at superspeed for as long as they want, and change directions while at superspeed. If you put a dragon egg in their village, then the leader will give you enderboots. enderboots are purple, produce enderpearl particles, allow you to go without food for longer, sprint with less hungerbars filled, sprint at very high speeds, and jump very high when sprinting. Gryphons are tameable mobs which, when untamed, run away too quickly for a player to reach it using normal means other than the enderboots. The gryphon looks like a
horse-sized bird with lion legs, a lion mane, a tiger body, mammalian ears, a unicorn horn and a snakelike tail. It is tamed by giving it gold. When tamed, it can attack mobs for you, and can be ridden around for fast motion. It can fly, and run very fast, but is slower and flightless when being ridden, but can still slow its descent.
The balena is a large aquatic enemy with 6 pig tusks, baleen in the upper jaw, a beard of tentacles, a horn, a back mane, eagle talons as forelegs, large fish fins as hindlimbs, and a large shark tail with a webbed, fin-like extension. It can see through walls, walk on land, shoot 2 streams of water out of its horn base and it can swallow mobs, restrainig them in 'ropes' of pink potion particles. It squeals as a sound. It can be tamed by feeding it rabbit's feet. It can then be equipped with a boat. This will give it a large, 8-seater boat with a raise back area, with a ninth seat for the 'captain' (who controls the balena). The balena, when controlled, will be sluggish on land, unless you are going towards water, when it runs at top speed, and is hard to stop. It stays slightly underwater most of the the time. If not given commands, it will do what it normally does. It will swallow and spray only when it would normally.
This RP is set in the gut of a superpowered person. Your characters are gut bacteria. You can control the body subtly with certain action.

The whale is a large mob which looks like a fish, with large paired fins like on an early fishapod, three large rayed dorsal fins, two large rayed anal fins, gills and a large caudal fin. It can trap some other mobs in its stomach. Some whales have red eyes, white skin, and are twice as big as normal, and have triple stats. The stats are similar to guardians, but more defensive. They drop blubber, a brilliant food source which causes a lot of saturation, and fish. The white whales drop more blubber and fish, and lots of amour, weapons and boats.
The bee is a mob found in forest-like biomes. It flies around flowers, and then returns to its hive. It drops bee fluff, which can be crafted into bee fur, which can be made into bee wool. Bee wool is a block that is stripey and looks like wool. Bee wool can be made into a bee hood, which can be enchanted with shrinking, which makes you the size of a bee. This small size give you access to the nether portal on the hive. The bees look like a real bee, with blue eyes, a yellow head, black oceilla, a grey thorax and a green-black striped abomen. The hive is buried in the nether, but has openings to the surface. The bees are fireproof, and produce opaque yellow honey by collecting lava and adding pollen (which they 'collect' from flowers. If they end up in honey, they will comb their antennae. They will fight anything that attacks them. They produce wax, which is a yellow-orange solid block that is like cobblestone in properties, but needs a shovel.
the endercraft is a large version of the boat made of a purpur frame, and endstone walls, with higher walls, a bowsprit and a shimmering sail. It can fly, but crashes easily, and is slow. It is made with purpur, a boat and endstone.
I think that this is a very good idea. An upgrade would be submarines, which are version of the boat with a hull over the top, and the ability to sink. Although only oars should work underwater, and the skiff should be the smallest submarine.
