You need to allocate more ram, large modpacks on 1.10+ are very ram intensive. My current 1.10.2 modpack with a resource pack and shaders requires at least 8 gigs of ram but prefers 10. Try upping your allocated ram.
I don't think so as the code that controls a mob AI is not held within NBT to my knowledge. you'd want to write a custom Task AI for said mob. But that is just actual custom mob code and not applicable to NBT.
The BoP world generator option is just that, a world generator option. If you have it installed but not set as the generator the biomes will still show up in any new chunks loaded.
I guess I'm confused, why would you want to render yourself fully in a mode you can't see yourself in anyways? Isn't that the point of 1st person, to NOT render a body? Maybe I'm missing something... Can some explain?

Leaks are references of other mods in other dimensions which dont exist anymore. ChickenChunks force unloads them and thus Forge notices you about the leaks
As well the disconnect aspect sounds like you need to copy the config from the server, if you don't have the exact same config files you can't run into these kind of issues when I notices you're not in sync with the server.
You may try a different version of SUES, I think others had luck using v10 but as well in the end you may have to try another shader all together as I know classically SUES has randomly had issues on Mac.
If you look at the code you'll repeatedly see "(Access is denied)2017-05-25 12:32:33", where are the files for the launcher, they seems to be in a location you do not have access to.
There are some good people willing to help him carry the torch of TC6 to release hopefully he'll be ok with that, oh and btw Ars Magica is out for 1.10.2, Twilight Forest is being ported to 1.10/1.11 now and Roots is slowly adding alot of the features of Witchery per the Dev himself. As for Metallurgy it shows signs of life via github, so I feel it will be coming around to new versions as well. My point? Don't give up on newer versions of Minecraft as the modding community isn't
To get to the .minecraft folder, you can always just open Run from the start menu and type %appdata%\.minecraft\ , then click Run. It'll open your minecraft folder. Go to %appdata% and search for Minecraft, then open the bin folder and click on a folder named minecraft. Then goto the config folder the ninside look for the TwilightForest.cfg. Open it in a text editor and change the biome ids as required.

I'm still curious as to a fix for this, it really sounds like it's just a file permission issue, are you the administrator for your pc?

I would try using auto-pickup, about the only thing that comes to mind off the top of my head but sounds like exactly what your wanting.

I'd suggest asking the WorldPainter folks over here.
