You could try asking the author of Ceramics author if they could backport for you as it is the only one that comes to mind with funtional pottery/clay stuff.
The key part of this crash log is this "Unable to launchjava.lang.IllegalStateException: OpenModsLib not present", you are missing a required mod, download and relaunch see what happens.
so it looks like this is some kind of error tha tstarted happening after the new launcher update, He's been made aware of the issue and will be working a fix it looks like. You may try going back a version to 4.1.1 instead of 4.1.2 see if that works until this gets fixed.
If your going to play on the PC just use the Java version of Minecraft, if for some unknown reason you can't or don't want that then... I understand that some MCPE addons are being modified to work with the WIn 10 edition. I suggest looking in that direction.
Just install Optifine instead of Shadermods, it's automatically included and seems to run far more stable in 1.9+. I don't think Shadersmod is even a standalone for any version 1.9+, think that is just for 1.8 and lower honestly.
Sorry but that is near unreadable as it is, post the FULL crash log to a Pastebin and link it in your post if your having issues with the forum. But based off of all the model loading errors it looks like a version conflict. Post the full log please.
Ok I'm at work right now i'll create an identical modpack tonight see if I can recreate the issue, it may very well be Pixelmon. It does change and customize alot about the way Minecraft works in an effort to simulate the feel of "pokemon" on Minecraft.
You'd have to create a mod that creates a new fluid "dirty water" and some form of implementation to integrate compatibility for others mods containers. And then some kind of custom event or on action style depending on how you wanted to do it for the "purification". Will be as complicated or simple as you make it.
I'm not aware of any particular despawning issues after looking through the mod page on curseforge, however I have played with this mod before and I had my pegasus in "barn" and the hitboxes on the horse were such that it kept suffocating in a wall. I had to give it PLENTY of room so that it didn't move wrong and get trapped in the wall, beyond that i'm not sure.

If the code is opensource you could make a modification to it, but it sounds like its set that way for a balancing mechanic.

It looks like you either don't have CodeChickenLib or a conflicting version of it based off of the crash report.

Could be any number of issues, I can try to better diagnose if I had a full mod list please.

It looks like you have 2 copies of the mod trying to initialize at the same time, are you sure there is only 1 copy of it in your /mods folder?

I know this may seem silly but it could be as simple as a hotkey that was overwritten by a mod, check keybindings?
