I'm interested in the server and what it has to provide. I have worked for many servers that have ideas that cannot be turned into reality. I'd like a server that is relaxed and is easy to manage, and by the sounds of your description, this seems like an acceptable job for me.
I have a good amount of knowledge when it comes to the game, as I have been playing for around 4 years now. I believe that I am capable and easy going, I don't have a hard time to learn new things and I am fine with taking commands. I am more of a community person then a developer, I can install plugins but it just isn't my specialty. I enjoy helping out newcomers and new recruits. I do things for the team, and I work with a high sense of maturity and professionalism.
It really depends on what the server has. I haven't been on the server yet, but when I do come on I am hoping to give some suggestions and ideas. With your current Ideas, I will hopefully be able to add on and make things more detailed. As I said, when I have the opportunity to visit the server, i will surely be able to give suggestions that will hopefully be implemented one day. As for now, I can suggest mini games and activities, builds, etc.
- What Co-Owner level experience do you have ?
I have been a Co-Owner on a server once, but I have taken a variety of different roles that have given me the experience equivalent to what a Co-Owner should have. From helping, to moderating, to administrating to managing, I have helped out different servers taking in different roles. I am familiar with plugins and installing them, and I am familiar with commands. I know how to manage a server professionally, I know how to manage a server and community properly, and I know how to conduct a professional, mature staff team. Being a staff member, I know how to handle difficult and stressful situations well. I ave a lot of experience and I am able to gain more.
- Are you a leader ? If yes what proves you are a leader ?
I believe that anyone can be a leader, they just need to show it. I do think that I am a leader, but more importantly, I believe that I have leader qualities and aspects. A leader can be defined in so many ways, and a leader can be seen as someone who takes lead and someone who tells another what to do, but a leader is so much more than that. So I believe that being a leader is important, but to have a leaders aspects qualities is way more important. I try my hardest to have characteristics of a leader everyday, wherever I go, because even the smallest of the smallest actions can make a big influence on someone who is watching. I try to make an impact on others around me, I try my hardest to bring out the greatest in people. I am loyal, determined, accepting, honest, resilient and brave. I try to pass that onto others.
A leader does not need a certificate or a badge, a leader just needs to show it, which is what I will try to do on a daily basis for the community.
- What can you offer to the server ?
I can offer my effort, time, dedication and help. I am able to help and assist the server, to help it to grow and become the best it can be. I will give 100 percent effort in all of the tasks I do, and I will make a great and growing community.
- What can you do that others cant ?
I am a great worker with a high sense of professionalism and maturity. I have the ability to communicate well with others, and I am very easy to work with. I offer a lot and I am very capable of managing a server. I am very wise and I can handle difficult situations well. I am not afraid to speak up and I seek help when I need it.

We are excited for the server, as much as you are, but, we desperately need builders!
Do you have what it takes?
This isn't just any builder position, we require you to work hard as for the map is very big. You need to be a dedicated person in order for the server to launch! You may not be a staff member to the public eye, but you still count and you are going to be a very important role for our server, you must qualities of a staff member.
You are going have to work hard and you are going to need to take jobs from others in order to get the server done.
The application is short and simple, so if you are interested in building for a Naruto RPG server then apply!
(It would be helpful if you had knowledge about the anime Naruto, It is not necessary but at least look at pictures of builds for reference)
