when I go on the map I press the button on the lapis lazuli block and it wont teleport me why?
1) Make sure Minecraft is on version 1.4.2 or higher
2) If it is on a server, you have to be OP
3) Enable command blocks with NBT edit

Apr 6, 2014You didn't even create the map yet you are trying to earn money through adfly for it? That is immoral and unfair. SethBling has the right to advertise for the map however he pleases, yet you created a low quality post here for selfish and misleading reasons.Posted in: Maps

Dungeon Of Heroes is an randomly generated dungeon crawler. For those unfamiliar with games like Torchlight and Diablo, this genre consists of lots of killing, lots of loot, and lots of fun.
The player is required to kill piles of mobs, find a lot of epic loot, and fight epic bosses.
All up, there should be a total playtime of around 2-3 hours. Remember, this is still a work in progress. Although there is still a lot of work ahead, the current release is fit to play as a stand-alone game. Everything a player would need is there and is fully functional.
The map has been made nearly entirely by myself. I put a damn lot of time into making it what it is so far, and I'm committed to push it as far as possible.

- Issue with the TNT Boss (3rd Boss) and accidental priming of non-contained TNT. Avoid using Flame bows in this room.
- Possibly a few stray items just laying around (Only noticed a single redstone torch myself, but I was doing a speed run so this shouldn't be a problem either way)
- May have to rework the difficulty system
- It is possible to not have to buy water for potions
- Bosses may not be scaled correctly
- Slightly possible to get teleported to The End on the 4th Dungeon if there is some lag.

- Fixed multiple bugs with dungeons
- Changed "Reward Room" mechanics
- Changed brewing and crafting passwords
- Added purchasable dungeon maps with secret locations, etc.
The map technically doesn't "randomly generate" new dungeons each playthrough. Rather, a complex system of redstone randomizes pick and choose between certain options to give a, practically, unique dungeon each time.
The system itself is not very complex piece by piece, although when everything is put together, it's a different story.
The map has been made to provide the maximum amount of stability across all versions of the game, as it is completely vanilla. Although there are certain blocks that are required, so unfortunately, this is unplayable on pre-1.4 official releases for now.
Q: Do we ever get rewarded wood/planks/sticks?
A: No. The major rewards are weapons, which help keep the game paced. You can craft armour, use the anvil, and cook food in the crafting room though.
Q: I'm finding the map very difficult and, I'm not really having much fun having to go find my items over and over.
A: Make sure the "keepInventory" game rule is set. At no point should you die and lose any items, having to retrieve them.
Q: It's still very hard.
A: The map has a pretty steep difficulty curve. Don't expect to get through on one life. You will die, although there isn't very much consequence.
Q: There are a heap of switches at the start and 2 locked doors, what's all this about?
A: Talk to the NPC named "Back__Fire". He's got some inside knowledge, but it will come at a price...
Q: I keep looking in chests, but they always seem to be empty.
A: The loot is dropped out in front of the chests. The chests themselves are just for visual effect.
Q: I got stuck in the nether dungeon. Help?
A: On the outer two lanes, there are buttons, press them.
Q: There is no end portal in the stronghold dungeon. Is it broken?
A: There are some complications with map making, just have a little faith and jump right on in.
Q: Everything seems to just be the same thing over and over and over and over...
A: See the "How it works" section. It is repeated, but each time should be at least slightly different.
Q: How come both blacksmiths do the same thing?
A: They don't. One will repair your weapon with a base enchantment, the other will repair your, and wipe the enchantments.
Version 1.1 is close to being released, and will have fixes for all of the bugs listed above as well as a few new features and most importantly, the competition winners maps!
If you just happen to be a big name map-maker, and I honestly don't expect that much coverage (i.e. SethBling, HyPixel, etc.), PLEASE get in contact with me. I have a bit of a dream in terms of an ultimate map collection that I am really passionate about getting off the ground.
