Hello so I downloaded the Xaero minimap mod for Forge for Minecraft version 1.8.9. I carefully followed the instructions, but when I play on any world or server the minimap does not show up. At first I thought that it just needs to be configured but when I look in the mod settings it says "No mod information found" and "Ask your mod author to provide a mod mcmod.info file". Does someone know how to solve this? Thank you in advance.
