nVidia's Surround isn't working for me and I've simply activated all my displays. Fullscreen only makes it use 1 monitor. Is it possible to make the chatbox in the center without fullscreen?
While the offer is still not on, I am currently using Elpis's dedicated servers. I've been with Elpis for almost a year and a half and I have to say that Tyler has been giving great support from the initial sale to present day. I've filed nearly 8 tickets with Elpis and every time, the response time is around response time is 1-2 minutes. The support is simply amazing and the hardware on these servers aren't oversold products either. You're getting high end processors (Ivy Bridge on mine) with a low price tag.
So if you're still sitting there considering if Elpis is for you, take it from someone who's tried it and been with them for a year and a half! I'm sure others would attest to the great experiences they've had with Elpis
Usability overhead. I was really hoping to allow users to just connect without login and still be able to prevent viewing to banned players who's IP are known to be banned.
Not sure I understand - how does it add to the overhead? The IP ban stuff should be manageable for the internal server.

I just tried banning my own IP. It seems like I can still access the dynmap even after an IP ban :/

My suggestion for the commands would be this consistent with the Bukkit Essentials plugin:
/tppos <x> <y> <z>
/warp <name>
