    To the Mod Oliver.

No where in the rules does it state that swearing is not permitted. After you killed me while I was trying to make my base, my exact words were

"I'd understand if I had diamonds why you'd kill me, but F_U.C.K. all I have is dirt and gravel"

Followed by you banning me for three hours for "swearing"

This isn't a rage, that's me trying to ask why you, as a mod, would kill me trying to set up. If this is how mods treat newcomers, by banning them for not violating their rules after you kill them as they dig dirt (Not even giving a warning?) I have no interest in playing on this server.

This isn't about me rage quitting, it has to do with the simple fact that this server tolerates blatant admin abuse such as this. Sure, the server was very fun for the few hours I dedicated to it learning the basics, reading the wiki, making friends, but if a mod decides to kill me and then ban me for using an expletive with no intended malice then this just isn't the community I want to contribute to.

Let me reiterate. I have NO PROBLEM with being killed as I build my base. I chose to take the risks. My problem is with a server electing to host an admin that abuses their powers in the form of banning a player after they kill them for a reason which is not covered by the server rules. The statement I made had no logical way of reading as disrespect towards the admin, nor was it a rage. It wasn't intensive swearing, nor was it swearing used in a derogatory manner towards the admin. It was simply an expletive which I would not even have used had the rules clearly stated that swearing is not permitted. Yet, even after reading the rules several times, I was bannned for something clearly not stated in the rules.

Starting back up I can tolerate. I've played many servers where I went from a tycoon to dirt farmer in minutes. Admin abuse however, is a complete deal breaker.

IGN ( so we know who the nick goes to ): klous99

    Name: Klaus Werner

Gender (Male, Female, Both, Unknown): Male

Age:Height (Tall, Short, Average): 28 (Average)

Build (Stocky, Thin, Fat, ect.): Stocky

Family (name and relationship): Sole survivor of the Werner family. Once a family of respected aristocrats loyal to the Kaiser, it has now been all but wiped out by the war, economic ruin, and ravenous plague. Klaus is the last of his family.

Class/Job (can be current or expected job): To be decided (Likely a businessman or soldier)

    Status (Single, Married, ect.): Single

Appearance ( what does your skin look like ): Common civilian clothing

Past History : A veteran of the great war, Klaus fought for Kaiser and fatherland until the last ditch was taken. Seeing his homeland shattered and his leaders exiled, Klaus seeks to start over in Eurasia. The plague has deprived him of all family ties, but as he is a self made man he can stand and thrive on his own without the help of others. Klaus seeks to prosper in Eurasia, and regain the glory that was once lost to him. He watched on empire fall, and he is determined to use everything at his disposal to see his own empire take its place.

Personality (How does your character act?): Klaus values honor above all else, and is fiercly loyal to those who he deems worthy to lead him. An opportunist at heart, Klaus would do what ever it takes to see his goals through.

Abilities (anything "special" they can do? No God-Moding.): After years of fighting in the trenches, surrounded by death and decay, Klaus is somewhat resilient to the despair and dread that befell most of his countrymen after the defeat of the Great War. Klaus is a leader at heart, and has stood tall out of the ruins determined to rebuild and become master of his domain. He may employ a vareity of skills to see his dream become a success, and he is no stranger to manipulation and deception.

Oh there are, in the group chats :D

Considering the skype info for the group chats you've been refering to isn't in the original post, I hardly think that gives you the right to the entirety of Greece.

Me and some other members have claimed the entire Greece two months ago, surreh.

This thread is only a little over a month old, and nowhere in the thread is there any mention of a user looking to found a Greek state prior to me. You can't say you've claimed the entirety of the Greek peninsula if there are no records of it.

Anyone wants to join Greece? If you're not in a country yet!

Macedon is Greek. Do you mean you want to rule one of the city states, (Athens, Sparta)? It would complicate things to have two Greek states in close proximity, you could always help rule Macedon. Otherwise we'll have to show you the might of the Macedonian Phalanx...

I'd like to get an idea of around how many people will be available for the server start to establish towns. I think It's safe to assume the majority of the people who applied probably lost interest or won't be on for the first week.

Great! You're welcome to join Macedon and become head of the military. We'll need all the power we can get to reclaim Alexander's empire.
