BlocklauncherPro started to automatically close moments after launching on my Kindle FireHDX. (I am using version 0.10.) Tried many suggestions to fix with no luck, and Amazon support could not get an answer either. Because Blocklauncher free is not in the Amazon app store, I assumed it was not available for Kindle. Google saved me when I found a post about the problem and realized I could get Blocklauncher free from another source. It works great! TMI, here I come!
Try superfluous (all lowercase), which spawns you in plains with several caves right there, and a tiny round flower forest right in the middle. I like to build on the plains in Peaceonearth because they go on and on. (All 0.10.0) Do you have some way to spawn horses? Would love to know that trick. 😊
When I updated to 0.10.0 Blocklauncher just went to a blank screen and closed up as soon as I try to open it. Because I can't access it, no mods. (sad) I have a Kindle FireHDX, but after an hour and a half of talking to very nice people at Amazon, they are stumped. Anyone else having problems with Blocklauncher or Kindle?
The color of the water is horrible. Loved previous color. Also liked small mushrooms instead, but not a deal breaker. The terrible thing is that neither change actually improves or changes anything significant so why bother? Hopefully enough people will complain that they change it back. It's like the Microsoft version of a swamp. Microswamp, lol!
You Rock!!! This is exactly what I came to the forums hoping to find! Why can't there be an easier way, or at least a centralized or standard platform so that everyone can get the instructions for these things easily? I am dreaming of the day when I can simply go to a link, click download, then start playing. (As a Kindle FireHD user I often feel like an afterthought, maybe it's time to upgrade beyond a Kindle.) Somebody out there could make it rich providing that service for maps, mods, textures, etc, lol! Thank you so much!
Found the Zeppelin Mod post elsewhere in the forum, and got a great answer. Turns out you can simply craft the item now, instead of using a /command. Wish that was in the tutorial video. Thanks! I'm off to fly the friendly skies...
I am using the zepplin mod (by Daw330073), and need to type in /zepplin to get the item for activating my new flying platform. I tap the chat bubble, type in the command, then press next and back out. Unfortunately, nothing happens. I have tried exiting without tapping next, in both survival and creative, empty handed and holding a feather, with other mods all disabled, etc. I can't tell if the problem is the mod not liking my Kindle Fire, entering the text, or something else.
I have never needed to type in a text command on MCPE before, so I am not sure how to test it using a different command. Is there a different command I can try with mods disabled? Would someone please help me out? Hopefully I am just missing something obvious here lol!
Try giana (no caps), which has all, except I have not looked for a mooshroom island yet. Some biomes are closer, some far. Fairymomma5 posted Braid (B in caps) which I liked a lot, and I also enjoyed .mesa. which someone said has them all. Silveon mentioned that 110813 has a lot of biomes close by, and in it I have collected almost all items possible in survival (plus found my first pink sheep in MCPE there, lol). I am not sure if it has all biomes though.
Maybe someday someone will find all biomes close by, with a blacksmith village over a stronghold at spawn, and several surface dungeons nearby that lead to an abandoned mindshaft. Would be the holy grail of seeds, lol!
What concerns should I have about downloading mods for MCPE? Can bad ones harm my tablet? (Kindle FireHD) If so, how can I protect it? Also, where should I look for new mods to try? I have Too Many Items from Amazon, and Ruins mod from another site, and both work great. Thanks for your ideas and info!

Pink Sheep!!! Unfortunately, I don't get any bonus points for finding my first pocket edition pink sheep on your seed, because I ran down and killed it in the first 10 minutes, thinking it was a pig behind that bush, lol! I checked it out, and it's great seed. It is not often you see a swamp, savannah, plains, forest, and desert all meeting right at spawn. Plus, the roofed forest and desert village in close proximity bodes well. Oh, and the extreme hills and mesa beyond you can get to if you turn right is super as well. Spruce trees at spawn? Had to turn around and walk a little ways to find them, but still close by. Can't wait to spend more than a few minutes looking around. Thanks! Btw, if you try out my seed (giana), and think it is good enough, I could post it as a main thread. Now I'm off to hunt for the elusive blue orchids...
