1. go to .minecraft folder
2. from the main minecraft folder delete ( millenaire ) and ( millenaire-custom )
3. go to the MODS folder and delete ( millenaire1.4.4b )
4. read NOTE if you use toomanyitems and are thinking some stuff is missing ( P.S. there isn't anything missing)

if u don't care about the millenaire mod, this is perfect. i just deleted the millenaire mod and the lag has been reduced by over 90%!!!

i tryed it and all it did was crash meh
