The only things you are totally guaranteed to be able to produce a completely infinite supply of are wheat, sugar canes, cacti, mushrooms, obsidian and water :biggrin.gif: True story
Or, if you just want to start modding right off the bat, try my tutorial, linked in my sig.
That's really not good for the end user though. If they have no idea about what is going on in Java they'll be lost pretty soon. It's better for them to learn basics before trying to mod
TheNewBoston has some great starter videos on Youtube or just go to http://www.thenewboston.com/. You can skip the advanced ones if you want. A warning though, some of his humor is a little stale, but he is very informative.
He names everything a fruit, and spells things wrong on purpose. Pretty stale indeed.
I give in, Poor district screenshot since it's the most complete.
Right side of the picture is some of the Arena distict
Left side is the field Banking district will be in.
Port is to the top of the picture but not finished yet (Still a boat house/Dock master's inn etc. to do)
Note: I'm using default textures for performance reasons.
Official server texture pack (Meaning you don't have to use it but everything needs to look good when viewed with it) is John Smith.
So didn't get much done today building wise. Design wise I figured out how to fit the Imperial district into the small space available for it (Poor district is the largest so far).
Homes in the imperial district (Which I have built ONE of) are basically just nice quaint little dug-out homes. Homes/shops in the poor district are wooden buildings, that are still quite nice looking.
The poor district currently includes:
Six houses for sale!
Three Stores for sale!
A bakery for Sale!
A Tavern/Inn for sale (Two rooms)!
The Miner's guild with access to the mine shaft.
Farms.
Forest for lumber cutting
public well
Donation chests for the poor.
The Arena district features (At the moment, more will be added once server starts):
not yet. there will be (or is, and I just can't find it D:) a thread for the re-opened server, and that is where you need to apply for whitelisting. however, we aren't accepting applications yet, I belive.
Correct, the new application will be on the thread when It is put up.
OOOOOO aren't you big and bad? :laugh.gif:
I highly doubt they care if 1 person changes their mind. I do think its stupid to change it over this, when Its not Bethesda Game Studios doing it. They make the game, they don't publish it which is BethSoft & Zenimax (and the actual ones doing this)
I never said I was "Big and Bad" I just thought it was kind of funny. If all of us made tweets like that, which was what I was trying to accomplish, then they'd realise they made a huge mistake.

Made road for the next two districts. Left side will be the crafting/Economy district while the right will be the 'pleasure' district.

Thanks! So what's the status on a server to play on?
If you're interested in RP/PVP my server will be opening again soon.
P.S. If User CP would work I just made an Avatar inspired by yours. Clothify?

(25 gold to buy one versus [I forget but it's below 5] Gold for one in the Workers district.
What else should I put in the imperial District? There's room for one more medium sized building and ~2 small ones.
