I can do a bit of programming myself. But do you know where I can get the code from? like the source code?

So I've been running a server for 2 years now and have always had it 'slightly' nubbish, so I decided to step it up and make the server slightly more unique. I know a lot about servers and I even do some programming myself for basic plugins. But there is one thing I have been wondering for a while now. How do I make the essentials plugin show up blue on basic commands like /help /tp ..... Here are some snapshots of what I'm meaning.

I know there are many talented Java developers out there and I was wondering if anyone would like to take a shot at coding this tool.

Auto mine /Ore finder.

I would prefer this program to be external but If anyone could make this as some sort of client that would be fine as well.

Now, here is how I would like it to work.

- the tool will use some sort of x-ray / ore finder to locate the desired ore. The program will then control the player to mine that ore. So if a diamond ore is 10 blocks away and 5 blocks up then the program will make the player mine 10 blocks forward and then use a method to dig up like mining a hole above you and then building from below or simply but mining diagonally.

- there will need to be an option to select the users desired ore. Ore if that's too hard (haha... get it) then simply default it to diamond ore.

And of course, all credit goes to the progammer.

Wait! dont give up yet! I had the same feeling once but I then joined a multiplayer server! i know you have but have you really stuck to it and gotten involved in the community? attempt to find a rather large server either faction or prison (Never Ever Vanilla!) as they always give you a goal to work towards, no only do you get to raid people and build a clan but if you try to stand out of the crowd and always talk to other people and active in the chat you will become well known and people will begin to like you and want to team up with you, you do not have to donate to be super popular, just have a great sense of humor and be active, when you finally get a good faction / clan you can attempt to dominate the server and become more powerful as your faction gets bigger, this gives you an extreme goal to work towards and something that will keep you busy for a long time. the key thing is to stick to the same server and don't hop from server to server, otherwise it will become boring. Trust me there's nothing more boring than always being the poor homeless one on a minecraft server, being rich feels good and people will want to join you and you will even become popular with the staff and possibly even get promoted if you are active and do your best to support and help people. a server i would suggest would be Daegonner PvP, there faction server is rather large and have a lot of popular non-donors. Indeed it will, with those specs you can probably expect an fps of around 50 fps with a 512x resource pack and around 30 with shaders installed.

My minecraft server (syndicate-pvp) is a very well professionaly made minecraft server with help from custom developers to make it an epic experience but yet still 0 players on average.

All of the sites are enabled with votifier and i have gotten a few but not many votes on all of them. To be honest i have no idea why my server is so small, its been up for around a year and a half now and about 6 months ago our player count was at an average of 6 > 15 players at peak time. I have considered advertising on Project Wonderful but there advertising auctions reach way out of my price range.

The server runs with 6gb of ram and quality SSD's with a 1gbps uplink, top quality, the server is hosted so this costs me alot of money a month, this server has alot of plugins that give the server a sense of uniqueness but basicaly im paying for a server that just sits abandond and empty and thats what i wish to change.

It would be great if i could get some ideas from you guys, if you would like to come and check out the server and help review it for me then the ip is synpvp.tk that would be greatly appreciated :).
