I have a very strong leadership concerning rules. If staff members establish rules on their server, it has to be there for a reason. Because of this, I follow all rules, and encourage other people to do so. I can also monitor chat, and I will report everything suspicious. Also, I actually care about your server, and if I was fired for any reason, I wouldn't rage, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team.
My weaknesses are that I can be very easygoing. I also like to make jokes and have a laugh. Please do not take this the wrong way, though, as I can be very professional and serious at necessary times.

I'm a dedicated worker and I pull all nighter. I'm unique because I can build landscape and interior and outside so I can do mostly anything you need me too.If you were to lead a project, how would you go about leading and organizing the project efficiently?
I would make sure that no.body is getting distracted also once in awhile give them a 10 min break because I know as a builder working for long periods of time can mess with you building so it's needed to get something to eat. While they are on break I would have some or myself check out their progress and see to any changes necessary. What are your strengths and weaknesses as a builder?

How many hours do you play a week? Since I have school on the weekdays, I will at least try to push up to 2 hours max per day, if not, 30 minutes at minimum. I can be on 2 hours+ on the weekends if I'm not away. If I AM away, you may see me pop on minechat here and there. Every week I can try to push for 6-12 hours of playing time. If you're looking for EXACT hours expect 4:00-9:30 PM Eastern Standard Time on Weekdays (when I have school), and on weekends expect 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. May not seem like a lot, but I have school and work at a restaurant some of the time!

List any past experiences you have had: I have been on servers being Helper, Mod, admin, Co-owner and other ones. I have had to kick/mute/jail/ban because or certain mischeif, I am very worthy of my doody on other servers and am proud to support the server. I know when trouble is happening and I know how to deal with it, I'd even take a test to prove myself worthy of Trusted. But anyways, I know the job, and have seen the bad. I was accepted to Administrate a server back in September-October of 2015, however it never fully launched, and all I got to do was interact with fellow staff members. Back in June however, I was accepted as an Admin on a server that was Tycoon-Towny themed. It, however, was DDoS'd and a new server was made, which was Factions themed. One of my friends from the server, who was also Admin, said to me the server wasn't really going anywhere and he was going to resign and quit. I agreed with him, and we quit.
Introduction: Hello, my name is Tyler and I am a 17 year old originally from Toronto, Canada. My family and I left for the States when I was 5. I now have a dual-citizenship between the U.S. and Canada. I am a Senior in high school and I am planning to go to a University outside of the United States and go for a PhD in International Relations/Studies, and I hope to work at NATO. I work part-time at a restaurant depending on the availability of workers, so if a server is out, I'm in. I've been playing Minecraft since August of 2013 and I love video games in general.
Why should you be a moderator, and why would you be a unique addition to the team? I really would hope to become a staff member on your server because I can help it out in many different ways. The first reason is building. Note that I didn't apply for Builder, as I do like Moderate better. But to be a staff member who can help build stuff for the server would be awesome! I have built spawns, Pre-Game lobbies, and even maps! I am really good on that part. I know basic World-Edit commands as well. The second way is my contribution. I put effort into helping new servers/older servers. Like I said with building, I can contribute good stuff for builds. But, I also have my own mini-games and ideas for mini-games! Also other server ideas! I have made some ground rules for them, map outlines, etc... I also have lots of ideas relating to Custom-Kits and Custom-Enchants! As well as Custom-Terrain with biomes mixing into other biomes and new dungeons! My third reason is, well, moderating! I have seen mods on many servers abuse their power and disrespect players, and I assure you I am NOT a player like that. I take my job seriously, and only punish players for breaking a rule and or multiple rules. I know what to do if someone is hacking and or breaking the rules. I administrate chat, players, etc... I can help the server in many ways. From patrolling chat to making sure that everybody is in a safe zone and to keep away the troublemakers. I love to build, so that I can count as a helping reason, as I have been credited to build spawns for different servers. I can help by also making sure that nobody does anything that is to break a rule. I have had to punish players on other servers for breaking the rules. I may be repeating myself a little but I can help the server by building for it, and making sure everything is OK and nobody does anything obscene. I know there are a LOT of troublemakers on the server, and to me when there are times when staff may not be on, I find their act to be inexcusable. So, if there are times when staff are NOT on, I can be on to prevent these things from happening. Please take this into consideration. I know I may seem to have ambitious ideas for plug-ins, but I am not a dev. I, however, do have a very great imagination and can come up with some plug-in ideas (some may have been listed before). yes, i have had a lot of previous experience, i have been a developer on a small server, an owner, admin, co-owner, helper, moderator, builder and staff manager. as a helper, i would go around the server watching the players making sure there was no harassment at all. As a moderator i would have taken care of 1 lobby in the process i would be playing with players we would use cosmetics together, about every hour i would check reports and if that player was still on i would watch them to see if i can get my own evidence and make a decision. As an Admin i would be assigned a group of “trainee’s” and Moderators to watch over, i would also report to the owner weekly about there behavior and the ones who had stood out. As a Staff manager i would be in charge of recruitment and promotions, i would watch over all of the staff but i would look more carefully at the admins to make sure they weren’t abusing, in this position i had a promotion schedule i felt they deserved it then. Co-Owner as a co-owner i would help manage the forums give the owner ideas listen to the staff manager and tell the owner my choices before i did it. as owner i had complete power and could to what i wanted, i would do config, Monitor on the console almost constantly, check chat logs for harassment and manage banned players and staff.

We are happy to announce that NaturalisCraft, a server filled with many wonders is now open to players across the globe! With a base of over 1000 different players that have come across our server, we are looking to expand our horizons, enter and conquer new territories!
As we are looking to increase our player count, we are adding new features to the server, including custom developed mini games like "Blasto" and "Terra Swoop Force", along with the current legacy game modes, like SkyBlock, Towny, Creative and Survival.
