    On multiple monitors? Unlikely.

Well, if your Blackstone does not appear black at all, you are bound to have an issue because it is black alright, though not completely.

Regarding natural deep slate, you can trust me I'm a dwarwen stone miner with a pickaxe; in Wales we have plenty of deepslate caverns and mines. You probably won't find it in any geology book, as the name may be local, but we're quite proud of our naturally occurring deep slate caverns.

I'm very disappointed with the blackstone texture. It's not black at all. And darkslate or whatever you're calling it is going to be even lamer.

Here's an idea: scrap the current darkslate textures. Create new Blackstone textures that are actually properly black like coal blocks, then assign the old Blackstone textures to darkslate.

I guess that if your Blackstone does not appear black at all, your monitor either isn't calibrated correct or you 're maybe using an incorrect colorprofile. Regarding the deepslate colour, the Minecraft block texture I believe is within colour-range of natural deepslate, which varies from light to dark grey, some with reddish or brownish tones, but again it might be your monitor.

Now a stone called blackstone, I believe should have some sort of blackish colour, even though this is not always the case in nature; take for example the bluestone used to build Stonehenge, it is in fact not blue but rather a murky green colour.

I don't think Mojang will ever implement a feature that is only available in multiplayer and not in singleplayer, but making the suggestion into a mod would probably not be a bad idea.

posted a message on What was the last movie you watched?

Last movie was "The Lion in Winter" (1968), it was not as I expected - not the story about Henry II as I know it, and very poor made. I think I'll watch the same, but from 2003 instead, maybe that is better..

posted a message on Future Changes to Site Rules

Nothing can be done about those servers who ask players to post to bumping their advertising. Players will not forsake the rewards that come with bumping. If the staff took down a server that has 200,000 posts the ramifications would be huge, these servers have become more powerful than this site as they are allowed to exist even with they break the rules.

I find this very interesting but it requires more research and analysis, so quick Robin... to the batcave!

No, I mean you should be able to control this with user-rights; when an admin for a server creates a new thread for his server, then only he/she will be able to post in that thread, that along with a set of rules that only allow announcements, updates and news to be posted. These rules and rights would be unique to a server-thread promotion-forum.

posted a message on Is this breaking the rules of EULA?

Well, you are right that, what matters is what the EULA states. But it has always been my belief, whether Minecraft or any other game, that it is not a violation of rights or rules if a couple of friends meet up to play a game, each one taking turn. Or if two siblings play a game each one taking turn.

posted a message on Whats Your Favourite OS ( Windows PC only )

There are many times that I have had to count to ten over, not only windows 10, but windows in general. My knowledge on Linux/Ubuntu is rather limited though, and I am not ready to embark on what to me would be a rather large project of installing and learning Linux. The software I have, I'm familiar with, and I don't know if it is possible to play Minecraft on Linux.

posted a message on How does one get their music officially into Minecraft?
    Quote from Agtrigormortis»

I don't know how it works now, but years ago in Minecraft I do remember it being possible to modify the music in the game by adding in ogg files, which would then play through the jukebox when a music disc was used.

I believe you may still be able to do this, just like you can replace the sounds of gravel, dirt etc. I just don't know where you can find the sound.json file.
