Hello, i've been having this annoying problem on multiplayer servers such as Hypixel or Mineplex where my character gets stuck on half slab blocks, carpets or decorative stairs when i sprint or walk over them. I've tried resetting and modifying my graphics settings, and I can't seem to find what's causing it. I'm using optifine 1.14 and i used regular 1.16 to test if the problem persisted there, it did. My computer is in the middle of mid to high specs, and I'm using a fairly good 5g internet connection. When i press tab in the servers it shows my connection level, and it's always full green bars.
Also, when i attempt to move while stuck on a slab or other non full cube block, the players and entities around me sometimes lag and jitter in place. My first person view also lags when i try to look around while moving.

I got a problem, whenever i try to open up a model in Tabula, my minecraft crashes. each time. it says it's a rendering screen crash, any idea on how i can stop that from happening?
