    So I keep getting lag while loading new chunks so I was wondering that when I start a new world for my server, is it possible to just load up a lot of chunks of the world then remove the mod and play as normally or would having a ton of chunks that I may not need til later lag just as much?

    I like the atmosphere this mod creates so I'd really like to have these structures around. But I also want to make sure everybody on my server can run the pack smoothly.

    So I'm using biomes o plenty and was just wondering how everybody else set their configs for the taint? At 2 in BoP, I hardly ever see taint, but having never played Thaumcraft before, I'm not sure how rare or common taint should be.

    posted a message on Just Another Spawner (JAS) v0.14
    So I made a Resonant Rise 3 modpack variant that includes Mo Creatures along with a few other mob mods and placed JAS into my mods folder. I could load up minecraft no problem, but I cannot create a new world. Every time I try to, it kicks me back to the start menu. Am I doing something wrong?

    Ed: nvm just reverted back to an old version and it works fine. But does anybody have primitivemobs or arsmagica config they can share? Took one look at the configs and I got scared.. lol

    Hi all,

    I was just wondering of what were some of your methods of not just having a modded server, but having it run 24/7. I can run a server on my comp no problem but having it run 24/7 on it simply isn't feasible. I had some people recommend the Raspberry Pi but I've heard mixed results, some saying the lag is crazy. I really don't know much about PCs or parts so if you can guide me to anything I should buy to run a 24/7 server would be appreciated.

    Also, not against server hosting sites but I'd much rather put down a one-time cost for a $150 harddrive or something than pay $20 monthly..

    So I disabled in the configs the requirement to level up your pick befoe you can mine up but I still can't mine copper with stone pickaxe, or even a copper one. I need a bronze pickaxe to even touch it.

    Also, Im not supposing there's a way to mess with harvest levels? If i cant get that config to work, I'd like to mess with the harvest levels a bit.

    I was wondering if there was a way to be able to differentiate items/blocks with the same internal name? For example, I'm trying to edit Chocolate Quest's config files so that some dungeons can contain Tinker's Construct weapons, but the problem is that the weapons all have the same internal name.

    1.7.10 Aether isn't even out yet but I'm already excited for the 1.8 Aether. I'm just thinking about all the possibilities of Aether 2's party system being utilized by other mods 0.o Thats insane!
